almost exactly same boat i'm in...i want to purchase the jade cw and i know they are on NDC...but knowing there could possibly be a chance to snag with a discount from anywhere else to save a bit has me hesitant

Dude, if you have a discover card, use their Shop discover link and save 10% right away. Not a crazy discount, but still saves you 15 bucks? Just IMO, because honestly if you really like them, what's another 15 bucks now rather than waste the time later and not even get a chance at them?

exactly. every Flyknit has been easily obtainable at release (preorder, too) but people procrastinate and then are mad they have to pay resell.
I've done it myself twice. the Wht/Blk trainers kept popping up and I just get putting it off. regret it to this day
Also did it with the Neos but ended up pick those up for basically retail + tax and shipping

living in canada prohibits me from getting that discovery card, trust me i've thought about it from the first time reading about the pros of the cashback option in another thread
just crazy having to pull the trigger on a pair at 150+tax via NDC when a site like RRS had them and just imagine with their current 25% discount being applied
the most recent pinkish cw have all sat which is why im still hesitant...where normally i pull the trigger knowing that later on finding a pair in my size range at close to retail is a struggle

Hope I'm not derailing but here's my experience.
The discover card has been offering quarterly cash back when doing through their portal. You basically sign into the website, find the vendor ( in this case NDC) and click on the link. It sends you straight to the Nike website. Then you shop normally. Every purchase you get you have an additional cashback that credits to your credit card account. Right now it's 10%. Over the summer it was 15%. I definitely took advantage of that when coupling it with 20%/15% NDC codes for my MCs and other shoes. People claim that you can't use both your credit card cash back reward along with the promo code but it's always worked for me.
