$780 for db vi's? damn that's crazy, I remember i flipped at least 10 pairs and highest i got for a pair was only $475.....good thing I saved one pair instead of letting go for $300 just last year.

I see the exact opposite. I see a lot of them sitting on ebay with no bids. The concords(heck all XI's) still bring top dollar but recent 10's and 14's arent getting retail

^ Co-sign lol. That is the funniest gif I've seen in a while.

Got my Varsity Red VI's for $110 shipped which is about all they're worth. It's insane how a poorly constructed retro can resell for so much, but if people have it to drop, that's on them.

Prices will only get worse as long as there is Hype behind them. Im not paying retail for a worn shoe! Just not my swag

We are in the era of rental beasts, dudes by and wear the shoe multiple times then sell for over retail.... Dudes paying way over retail for worn shoes smh, I'm just annoyed that people don't understand what NDS, VNDS mean. Or the infamous "these are DS only worn once"

Can someone tell me how people come up with thses resale prices? I'm just saying is there a "Blue Book" or price guide for kicks?

Ebay is high my local CL is low. I missed out a ds pair of true blues for 180. Copped from another guy for 200.They got used pairs on the bay for 180.

Good looks fam.

I laugh at the price of those 2010 Flints too since I was able to cop a pair of 05's for under 250 shipped.  Another one knocked off the list.  Can't wait for the Breds to drop so that people will start getting rid of their 2004's.

If you're patient enough, you can get shoes at a reasonable price.  I have yet to drop some of the prices that people are willing to drop on shoes, but sneakers aren't my only hobby/expense.  I know what I am willing to/not willing to spend.  The upside is that I don't have to have fire sales of my entire collection like some due to living above my means.  Also, if I want a pair bad enough, I'll negotiate a price with the seller that's more than fair and do the deal through Paypal which helps them out.  If you catch auctions early and get a good offer in, it helps you to avoid the urge to compete with a bunch of people in the final seconds.

Worn shoes is another thing all together...I've sold a pair of SBs that were worn, but I listed them and described them as such despite the fact that I could've passed them off like some of these shady sellers do, "only tried on and worn around the house for an hour."  They just had too much going on for my current style so I no longer wanted them.  I wouldn't personally purchase worn shoes though as there are people who take care of their shoes the way that I do and have shoes that can pass for DS after several wears.

Yea, everything in the past few months have skyrocketed...Nike and Jordan are just loving this...this makes me regret sleeping on a few releases last year like Playoff 13's for example...

There's a couple good deals to be had here on the list too, way too many overpriced shoes on Ebay.

wow, im about to go list my CDP Jordan 20s

A lot of this money is virtual – dudes buying shoes nowadays prob sellin shoes also so what usually happens is that someone will sell 2 used pairs of Js and buy 1 DS pair with the paypal balance. Its a lot different to when guys used to pay over hard cash in hand than selling virtually.

I wouldn’t say Js are the worst, yeezys are just stupid right now guys asking for $1.5k for beat up used sheakers!

The prices are insane......But I have seen a growing trend like on CL people who were once selling stuff at astronomical prices have decided to come down, largely because nobody wants to pay that much. I don't get on eBay much any more, because there's less room for bargaining.  Buying a pair of '06 Metallic V's for $50 with minor yellowing of soles( not piss yellow) later this evening. Ran across another pair of Tour IV's for $100......So there are reasonable people and stuff out there, but for every 1, theres a dozen vultures who take advantage. Easiest thing to do, is simply not pay price you're not comfortable with.

My main issue is the Space Jams. There was a dude on eBay that had $550 BIN. I asked him if he takes offers. He asked what's my offer, and I said $330. He then said that he wants no less than $450...
