*UPDATE 6/27/15*.......Legend of Korra OFFICIAL THREAD..........MIGHT BE GETTING A NEW AIRBENDER SER

New episode's thoughts
Well that's certainly a change from Season 1 Korra, who was ready and willing to fight first and reason with later in terms of any opponent she came up against. Good bit of character growth and wisdom on her part; being able to acknowledge the good aspects of what Kuvira's done probably comes into play due to some of her time with Toph, who also pointed out that the villains we've seen so far have also had some good goals, but have then gone too far off the deep end in achieving them.

I'm starting to get sick of Varrick honestly. (Knew the spirit vine energy would be put towards a weapon of some kind.) Just don't really think his humor is needed anymore. Same with Bolin to a point.

So I get that it's been three years, and that things would obviously change and develop over such a long period of time, but I still have the nagging feeling that Suyin's oldest son leaving her and joining with Kuvira is just coming out of nowhere. Clearly there was a falling out, and plenty of resentment to go around, but that's the problem with timeskips in that there's absolutely no scenes of it all happening. Bolin pretty much hit the nail on the head, there's clearly a good deal of person history behind all of this, not only between Bitar and his mom, but his father as well, along with Kuvira and Suyin thrown into the mix. Though at least some expansion was done this ep. with the reveal that Suyin took Kuvira in and trained her. And I still can definitely see where Kuvira's coming from to an extent, as Suyin stepping up to lead the entire nation could have been done, and I think now she has to live with the fact that what Kuvira's done has happened partly as a result of her not wishing to take that position.

Curious to see what'll happen with Sato and that Asami of course still has her own side-story going on.

Slave Labor, dissenters sent off to camps, pushing the production of a massive weapon, invading cities; just becoming more and more clear what Kuvira really is in the dark.

Can't wait for a showdown between Kuvira and Korra.

My man Bolin with that Lava Bending though :smokin

Kuvira reminded me of Darth Vader with that force choke.

This episode was a little slow.

Also, did we ever find out who let the Red Lotus in Zaofu? Remember when Kuvira was this out of nowhere character looking suspect?
Eventually the human lie detector was the one revealed to have helped them right?

Damn no one from Zaofu is loyal.

That box make ****** do crazy things. He clearly got an inferiority complex and Kuvira threw the box, made him feel like the man and the rest was history.

@ Korra tho. I like that she's matured and now thinks before acting but there's a time for that.

Aang was a pacifist but he knew when it was time to talk and time to whoop some ***.

Her thinking she could change Kuvira's mind and then having her own mind changed is just

i hope so... i really like her character a lot!
when varrick had trouble lifting her up but she did it with ease through that vent :wow:
i really thought that they would have their moment there too

Man I know Zhu Li is scheming right now

Yall aint see how she looked in ol boys eyes when he pulled her up

Can't even lie...this all could have been avoided if Suyin just took charge...like bruh why you don't want to share the wealth.

Y'all know what I just thought about
What if
Amon survived that explosion and comes back this season

If I was a writer presented with this idea, I'd have Kuvira capture & mysteriously "take away" the powers of Earthbenders that refuse to bend the knee. Then 2/3 into the season, Amon would be revealed. Korra would be in the Avatar state dealing with Kuvira's army while Katara has a bloodbending duel with Amon & Toph has a metalbending duel with Kuvira.

Sometimes I think of the weird things that could be possible bending elements.

We got to see that Airbenders can bend farts...so let's continue along the same vein...

Waterbenders can probably bend manbutter.

Dudes could either be really potent in getting a girl preggers or real safe by hitting it raw & bending it out of them. Let's not forget getting dome from a Waterbender, prolly bend the nut right out of you.

Yes, I'm a sick person.

Man you on some other ****

I'd be about bloodbending my own meat, on some ExtenZe type steez :pimp:

If you're getting dome from a waterbender, wouldn't you want her to use bending to keep the nut INSIDE you? That way you could lay back in the cut for a good hour getting domed up. The longer it's kept in the more intense the orgasm.

***** doing all kinds of tricks with her saliva and ***** juice :smh:

Aang was potentially smashing some Cirque du Solei *****

If Katara did the whole bending to keep Aang's nut inside him, son probably went into the Avatar state after an hour long dome session.

Passing an L to an Airbender must be a nightmare, son better just bring his own weed.

A Firebender & a Waterbender could cook crack together, then an Earthbender could deal the rock out, Trap House Bending.

what in the world are you guys talking about on here

*leaves thread in haste
Not so fast!!!
[bloodbends amel223 back into this thread]

You know what doesn't make sense now that I'm thinking about it?

You really can't imprison a Waterbender realistically.

They always put them in a lava or below zero prison away from a water source, but honestly...once they pee, boom, golden shower for the prison guards, slapping dudes with golden piss whips...I'm just sayin'.
