I've been pming NTers if they need help, especially those who have been saying they have yet to find a pair. Some of my posts got removed because i wasn't following the rules, which is fair enough. I live in New Zealand, I helped Dsun with his 10.5 and 11s. I was trying to be subtle.

Yea he said he wasn't feeling them and has only wore them twice. The nike symbol inside of them are worn off, but that's the case with the majority of my foams soles are still icy. I bought the 4's as trade bait and it seemed to work.

Awesome to hear this. Had been wondering what came of that BS. Nice job, was it refunded through PayPal or credit card/bank dispute?? And did you ever actually get him to respond or answer you, or was it all just the company settling it handling everything? Just curious in case this happens to others

its real funny how i see a lot of yall posting recently hopping on the foamposite wagon trying to scoop up pairs of earlier foam releases because of the hype of the stealths

another reason why i do not accept paypal from buyers. I only accept visa, mastercard, amex if the price is high enough, money orders or bank transfers. never use paypal only to buy stuff and I use it as a guest. Some people are salty that i dont use paypal so they can pay me but oh well. there are too many scammers and paypal just has too much stuff with them that i do not like or agree with.

I can't speak to the others but the stealths are the only foams I covet...

A year ago I talked to my Jordan connect who owns/manages an Athlete's Foot...said its crazy poilitcal on who carries what shoes...and that carrying foams is the one of the holy grails of shoe distribution contracts. Guaranteed sell outs....

same here. this is the first and only foam release i actually wanted. the royals and metallic reds were nice, but not enough to make me want them. don't like any of the camo print or other foams on the horizon. i had to have the stealths though and i'm really happy with them. can actually see myself picking up another pair of stealths at some point in the future, but will wait and see how prices settle.
now i'll go back to watching the foam hype from the sidelines...

just goes to show effort and determination works...even when other said you were sol. still sucks you didn't get a pair, but at least you got your funds back.

It was refunded through a pay-pal dispute. The guy never contacted Pay-pal so I called Pay-pal and told them to refund me my money and they did it. I had my money back within 5 minutes. Nope , the dude ignored me, so pay-pal took over everything.

Yea it does suck that I didn't get them,but like you said at least I got my funds back.
I remember calling them as soon as I got to the states and one of the representatives told me that if the guy does not respond within the time period that he would still keep the money
because I sent it as a gift, but apparently that was all BS. The only downfall was the waiting time,but other than that it was smooth.
I was ready for anything. I had all the messages we exchanged in a PDF file ready to submit just in case he came up with some BS.

I mean if I was buying shoes I would never send it as a gift no matter what, I don't care if he is a vet or not.
Anything can happen and greed can get any of us to pull something shady. That's just my opinion.
If the buyer wants to send it as a gift and I was the seller, no problem, I'm sure there's many people who wouldn't pull anything like that, but many many others that would due to the temptation of free money and most likely getting away with it.

Buyers do it because they are living beyond their means. ...You buying some $350 shoes, but don't want to put up the extra $10 to better protect yourself from fraud? ...Penny-wise, pound foolish.
That's for dealing with any Tom, ****, and Harry though. There is still SOME honor in this hobby. I have people I've dealt with for years with whom we act solely on one another's word, but that's rare nowadays.
Yeah, I bought my Bred IV's for retail from a good dude I just met on NT maybe a couple of months ago and he was fairly new. I just said why not and sent the payment as a service and got my shoes in perfect condition, of course I was worried and felt relieved that I got the shoes.
Note: I did learn from that and won't be doing that gamble again.
