HBO's "GIRLS" Vol. "That Was Way Harsh, Tai"...

I feel like some of those characters were way off from where they originally started...but then again, they're supposed to be.

Shoshana bailed on Fs, Marnie is desperate for friends, Jessa(sp?) just came out of rehab.
 
Yeah, Shoshana let everything out. Everyone was like damn. Wish Jessa was topless in the house. I need to see those thangs again.
 
Yeah I wanted to see Jessa too.

Judging from the preview, looks like Marnie is playing games with Ray but didnt deny she liked him when talking to those gay dudes.

There's nothing wrong with being confident about your body. The problem with Hanna, or should I say Lena Dunham, is that it's all become so very very contrived. At what point do you surpass trying to make a statement and start to hurt the integrity of the show? IMO it was a while ago. Look at the last episode for instance. What sense did it make that Hanna was in her bathing suit the entire episode? Even when everyone else had already gotten dressed and they went into town to shop. And then coincidentally she stays outside the store they're shopping in (I'm assuming because she wasn't dressed) and runs into Elijah...who notices her because of her state of undress. It was just poorly done.  If they wanted to bring Elijah back into the fold there are better ways they could've done it. Hell she slept in her bathing suit lol smh. I'm sure that pool had chlorine in it...so really, who does that? Best part of the episode was Shosh going in on them and the ensuing argument. And the last scene of them sitting quietly dancing at the very end.
 
Yeah there isn't a problem with her being comfortable with her body type but she could wear stuff that is more flattering. It's like how fat guys know they shouldn't be wearing tight t-shirts that are short and their belly sticks out.
 
It's been 3 season and y'all back on this? Integrity of the show???? :rofl:


Hannah not being Hannah or not doing Hannah things is what would hurt the show.

Hannah has got to be the most unlikable lead character in television history. She literally has no good qualities about her. She's fat, ugly, horrible personality, everything about her is annoying every time she opens her mouth. And I don't care if she's trying to make a statement, her body is disgusting. Prancing around topless in every episode is going way too far. You are not beautiful in your own way, your just ugly. Put some clothes on. Show is falling off imo. 
 
Idk I think this is leaps and bounds better than season 2 IMO. And Hannah is very unlikeable but I think that's the point of her character
 
None of the 4 girls are likeable. Marnie and Jessa are attractive and that's the only reason people would tolerate their personalities.
 
I loved how Marnie did not expect to be shut down by Ray...but did :lol:

I can see Shosh and Ray back together.
