NIKE VOUCHER REJECTION LETTER

This is just pathetic. Are we supposed to feel sorry for you? I hope you didn't ruin it for others with "legitimate" issues and or defects.

Nike finds every way to get over on us so I'm fine with getting over on Nike everyday we can. I too use the voucher system plenty.

any help is appreciated. thanks in advance.

yes, you have til 8/12

I didnt even know about the voucher program... SMH. I'm going to google this right now. I havent had a problem with any of my Nikes falling apart, but I bet if I played consecutively in Jordan Retros they would.

How does the retailer typically reimburse you for defective shoes?

depends on the retailer. With most of the major shops i think your !#% out after 30 days. ive owned over 200 pr of nikes...played in over 100 multiple times. returned 2...one was the dt 96 og... Seems like a lotta abuse of a great system going on. dont ruin a good thing fellas...

Ok, I will probably just go through Nike again then.  Honestly, everything I have returned has had a major flaw to it, but my assistant coach and I have worked out a little deal where he takes all of our players' busted hyperdunks and orders them new ones.  He gives me the busted ones and I send them back to Nike and we split the vouchers

. I just don't want to overload them with a couple different sizes and receive this e-mail.

Wow, you deserve that rejection letter. It's YOUR fault if your kicks get worn from usage, NOT Nike's.

So, if the outrigger on your shoes busted after a MONTH of wearing and the hyperfuse material tore after a MONTH of wearing, would you say to yourself, man this is completely my fault, now I'm going to go spend possibly $100 out of your own pocket to buy more shoes only for a chance for it to happen again?  Just curious...

filed a claim about my lebro elites..

just havent shipped yet.

wonder if i will get a voucher..

checks have faded away.

and shoes were only worn for about an hour n half on indoor basketball court.

never touched any other surface.

Im not the one to set a morale compass or judge but Im thinking you must have different priorities to set if getting a voucher over silly reasons is the way to go.

Sending them back for scuffs, or wear and tear or vigorous wear for that matter is just stupid.

If you are really interested in getting a good pair of kicks and NOT paying $100 plus... wait until they are severely discounted or purchase older models at TJ MAxx and Ross for next ot nothing and you lose nothing in your transaction if they fall apart.

Its truly acts like this that make it a bad situation for the masses who do return for legitimate reasons.

If thats a hustle.. you are hustling backwards.

The only time I used the system was back in 97. Sent back a fresh pair of 97 Pippens. Air sole popped by stepping on pointy edged rock smh. Nike did me good though, they sent a pair of Foamposite Ones. Good system but definately not meant to be abused.

I'm not sure if that was all directed at me or not. It has only been like 5 pairs of other guys and my pair.  Care to elaborate on my backwards hustle?

I'll be honest, I've used the voucher system before, maybe 6 times in the past 3 years? I've never done anything intentional to ruin a shoe though, every shoe I've sent back has busted out from playing basketball, and even though some people may call it "normal wear and tear" a $130 pair of Kobes shouldn't start seperating after a high school kid plays in them for 2 months. I've really only had problems with two shoes, the Hyperizes back in high school and the Kobe 5s and 6s the past couple years.

I didn't even buy the Kobe 7 this year because I knew they'd blow out and I actually feel bad about getting too many vouchers sometimes

First time for me hearing about this voucher system. I'm not too hard on my shoes though, can't think of a pair that has failed on me during a 2 year span.

From now on use a friends address...

Theres nothing you can do now.

Yeah you're right I prob abused the system. I kinda wanted to test the waters to see what I could get away with cuz I remember seeing someone say they sent their shoes back because they creased too easily and got a voucher. My attitude going in was just why not try it. I never thought it'd end up with me being banned forever. I thought at most I'd get denied and have the shoes returned to me. That's why I was curious to see if anyone else had received a letter like this.

Well you tried your luck one too many times shouldve stopped while you were ahead..but honestly I never knew about this voucher stuff I guess I've never worn my shoes to the point where they fall off well not anymore anyways probably while I was a kid I know I did but wouldve been cool to try and get something for some beat shoes
