Well right now they still don't even know what TASM 4 is going to be. A report came out the other day that both Sinister Six and Venom are due in between 3 & 4 plus Webb saying 4 isn't necessarily going to be a 'Spidey' story.^^^ How so,robinvandamn
At first I was thinking they'd go the clone route and have Ben Reilly taking over for a movie or so but after really giving it thought I just think 4 will be the Finale of the franchise
Unless they feel comfortable enough to let someone else play Peter Parker. TASM apparently is coming out until 2019 now though so they'll have time to figure everything out.

I've been vocal about wanting to see Bucky take over, for awhile, as captain America but I'm not ready to see Miles Morales replacing Peter as Spidey in mvies.

I wouldn't mind it. Not gonna happen and even dumb to suggest but I'd be fine if Marvel and Sony could work out a deal that way. Have a death of Peter Parker movie which can be great then do a Miles movie and he can be the franchise there while Marvel gets Peter back and do Spidey flicks with him and also in the Avengers (after Hawkeye dies falling off a building).

I totally agree about Maxium Carnage but I know in my heart Marvel would never release a rated R movie,lol..They're just setting the Table for that Venom flick

After the atrocity that was Spiderman 3, II don't want to see my favorite villain of all time interpreted again unless its flawless. What they did to Venom in that movie is criminal. A carnage movie would be interesting though

Sony will never sell spider man , peter parker miles morales ben Reilly Kane Scarlett spider spider woman Spider-Man 2099 none they own all of these characters any character directly related to Spider-man sony owns and if they did marvel wouldn't pay what they'd be charging

Don't see how a Carnage solo movie works if it aint rated R. If he's an upcoming villain, cool hope it works out better than Venom.
Can't be that hyped cuz I sat down one day and really thought about it and there isn't any story with Carnage in it that's great let alone classic. So unless they completely revamp Cassidy in to a Dexter or Hannibal type I don't see him as anything more than just a dude killing ppl indiscriminately with amped up abilities. At best a cool visual. More It think about him the more It think he should just be put down by the Punisher. I don't see them placing Carnage in the light he can be most effective which would be more like a cross between monster in a horror movie and a menacing serial killer in a slasher flick.

Now that I think about it, I can appreciate the attempt to do a villains movie so I look forward to Sinister 6 but I'd prefer a Spidey 2099 movie or for them to some how do clone saga and spin a Scarlett/Kaine movie out of it. There's a team book too if you go for Spider-Man & the Outlaws.

I think the sinister 6 film will be amazing. If Jaime Foxx and Paul Giamatti are on board for the film there's no way this movie can be nothing less than Amazing!
