Breaking Bad Thread - "El Camino" - A Breaking Bad Movie on Netflix 10/11

Todd the god doing it all for Lydia :pimp:

Todd so ruthless I like that. Although I'm team Heisenberg  ready for next week

The Andrea scene made me feel worse than the Red Wedding (GoT spoiler, don't look it up if you don't know). That was awful :smh:

I wasn't going to respond again since obviously no one in here can handle any sort of criticism towards their favorite show, which is fine I guess, but I take offense to being called a troll for offering an opinion. Plus I said I'm enjoying the second half because its tense, how the hell is that trolling?

If you don't like it fine, but saying something like this isn't going to have people respect your opinion:

"this second half has been better but its all so tense and fast paced that it can't help but be fun to watch."

You're basically we only like it is because ***** going down so fast, when people don't believe that at all.

If you think it's anti-climactic, well this whole series is supposed to be about Walt's rise and downfall. Gilligan has made it no secret for years now that Walt wouldn't come out of this unharmed and it wouldn't be a happy ending. He wasn't going to keep cooking and get away with it.

Even though we've had a general idea of what will happen from Point A to B to C, etc. the show has still done a fantastic job of connecting the dots in between in ways that we weren't expecting and that's why it's impressive.

I think people are expecting a Scarface type ending. But the show is deeper than that.

How is my description of why I (let me repeat I I I) LIKE this second half of this season in any way a comment on ANYONE else's enjoyment of the show? People take things way too ******g personally on the Internet.

lol reminded me of Marlo kinda.

but yeah, Aaron Paul from season 1 has REALLY progressed into a fantastic actor. Really wish he would of won tonight to three-peat.

he started overdoing it the couple of episodes before the last two tho

Like you. I can practically read the shouting.

Breaking Bad Finale Prediction: Walt murks everyone and gets his money, he takes the ricin and fades to white, but then we realize Walt had died from the cancer before the first cook and he's been in purgatory the whole time.

Todd lost all his cool points...He's an employee to Lydia  :smh:

Carmen looking better than ever :pimp:

okay so he called the cops to turn himself in right? then left after what he saw on tv with the gray matter couple and finding out the blue meth is still being cooked?

todd in the ski mask gave me chills. just his voice and what he said.

From when Mike said to not trust Lydia back in part 1, I feel as if we haven't got the chance to fully understand why he said it. I think Skyler will start talking, and Lydia will have her murdered.

I don't know how he snitched on himself and then comes up with his masterplan afterward. (during the PBS show)
Now he's gonna drive across country (in hot pursuit) and hit all these targets when he gets to ABQ?
But before that he's gonna stop by the crib. This got lazy fast. I'm ready for it to be over.
I think it was misdirection on his part.

He has the whole country looking for him, and they've probably focused all of their attention and resources to the South West. Now they get a call from the man himself all the way from New Hampshire. The focus now shifts from the South West to the North East. With the South West now less hot, Walt is able to move more freely out there to clean house.

Yoooooo I just realized that Walt might know Jesse is still alive cooking. The only person that can make Walt's meth is Jesse.

That's how I saw it as well. Manhunting him in New Hampshire so he can go home and spray.

Ricin for Gray Matter? I can dig it.

Yup.

I think he really called the DEA to turn himself in... And then he saw the Gray Matter bulls**t on the TV and Heisenberg came roaring back.

misdirection? nah man.

dude was DEFEATED when walt jr. gave him that ether. you could see the disappoint in his soul. he was turning himself in and having his last drink. there's no way he devised a plan to get heat to new hampshire, just so he could head back west.

I also think he was turning himself in but I also can agree them looking for him up north is a good distraction to do work down south
