Brandon Bass and Gerald Wallace both opted out.

The Thunder have made a verbal agreement with Andrey Vorontsevich and should be bringing over Tibor Pleiss who they drafted a few yrs ago, this summer. Andrey is under contract with his Russian club until 2014.

Woooo those Bobcats jerseys are fire. Looking forward to seeing The Black Falcon in one.

white they are better than the pinstripe they are still terrible. they have the magic sidepanels and look like mavericks jerseys.

so many different colors going on as well, very odd

I hope Sessions doesn't think he should be getting starter money/minutes after he disappeared the last month and a half of the season.
Wizards Trade Lewis For Okafor, Ariza
The Wizards and Hornets have agreed to a trade of Emeka Okafor and Trevor Ariza for Rashard Lewis and the 46th overall pick.

The Hornets can buyout Lewis' $23.8 million contract for $13.7 million before July 1st.

Okafor and Ariza are owed a combined $43 million through the 13-14 season.

"We are pleased to add two more solid pieces as we continue to build our roster with a balance of proven veterans and the core of young talent that we have developed," said Ernie Grunfeld in formally announcing the trade.  "Emeka's defensive presence and rebounding ability will combine with Trevor’s versatility to add new dimensions to our frontcourt, and both players fit in very well with the type of team-first culture that we have been working to establish."

I like what the Wizards got. Should be an interesting year coming up... Sounds like NO is going to buy Lewis out. I wonder what their setting up to do or who are they going to make a run at?

 @ The Charlotte Cats.

The Magic hired their GM, Rob Hennigan. He was the assistant GM for the Thunder and worked previously with San Antonio.
Nash Would 'Definitely Consider' Playing For Knicks
Steve Nash expressed interest in signing with the Knicks when he becomes a free agent July 1.

"The Knicks are a great franchise and I live in New York City (each summer), so I'd definitely consider them if they were interested," Nash said.

Nash will explore all of his options in free agency.

"I want to wait and see what's actually on the table," he said. "I'm open and excited. I'm looking at every possibility right now. It sounds like there are a number of teams that are interested."

Locking up Gordon and filling out the roster should be the concern for now. Preferably with veterans on one-year deals only. With Aminu, Ayon, Davis, Gordon, Henry, Jack, Smith, Vasquez, the 10th pick and the 46th pick figured in, they should have about $10 million to spend.

Gordon, Smith, Davis, the 10th pick and a lottery pick next year would have them at maybe $24 million heading into the 2013-14 season.

Options on Aminu, Ayon, Henry and Vasquez would add just over $10 million more.

That would still leave $25 million or so to spend next summer (assuming all four of those options are exercised, which could very well not happen), depending on the cap.

Sitting pretty.

At this point maybe a low 1st round early 2nd round pick. A year or two ago I'd say he had the same worth as Rudy Gay and Iggy but now not so much. Plus he a $@$+%.

Sources have told Sean Deveney of the Sporting News that if the Suns are unable to lure unrestricted free agent Steve Nash back to Phoenix this summer, the team will go hard after Nash's former backup, Goran Dragic.

A 2nd rounder for a dude that was just an All-Star a couple years ago and has averaged 19-25 points a game for 5 straight seasons, barely been injured and is younger than 30? Sign me up.

I'd throw you guys Evan Turner or Thad Young.
