Those are replacement cost amounts when these articles say $250K in jewelry. Always higher than what was actually paid. This is probably between $75K-$100K in jewelry in the picture below.

Each chain is at least $20K. Replacement cost could be anywhere from $30K-$50K

Edit, found a better pic and it is at least $100K in jewelry. You can add another $15-20K for the Jesus piece and probably another $15-30K for the watch.
