He's an imbecile. Strahan had more tackles and sacks. Also played the run better than Sapp.

What did Phillip Rivers comeback from exactly?

Kaep got on a turtleneck, going for the Archer look

Rivers came back from two really bad years when people thought he was done.  And had probably a top-3 season at QB.  Easy choice for me.

Correct picks:

MVP-Peyton

OPOY- Peyton (do they ever give them both?  edit: guess they do)

DPOY- Quinn

OROY- Keenan

DROY- Sheldon

COTY- BB

Exec- I gotta say Schneider.

Well you so know Sapp & Strahan played different positions along the defensive line right?

I've heard retired players say the DE position is much harder because you have to protect the outside while the DT just has the middle. Not that I care. They were both great defensive players but Sapp coming out saying Strahan's resume doesn't stack as a HOF resume is idiotic. Plus Sapp is the worst NFL analyst I've ever sen.

I agree Strahan is a worthy HOFer and that Sapp can be a dingbat at times but in terms of them as players I think Sapp is no question a better football player than him.

They're both great in their own right.

Congrats to the 14 hof class, marvin got snubbed not gonna lie im a little butt hurt he didnt get it :smh:

They were talking about how Haley isn't in the HoF on ESPN earlier today.

10 division titles in 12 years
6 division championship games out of 7
100.5 sacks
The ONLY person with 5 rings all from playing.

They say they think it is because he wasn't "nice" to reporters so they aren't voting him. A real shame if that is true.

I came in to post that Walter Jones stat too..

"He was whistled for holding only nine times in 5,703 pass plays, and allowed only 23 sacks during his entire career."

Congrats Brooks :smokin
Dungy will get there eventually and hopefully Lynch down the road.

Tim Brown isn't in either! :smh:

I don't think I care about the HOF anymore.

I look to see who gets in and if any of my favorites get the nod, but I personally don't feel the same way about it. No knock. Just not something I worry about.

At this time tomorrow there will probably be about one quarter left...I'm ready.

What the hell will I do all morning though?

The guy who voted for Brady should have his vote taken away immediately. What a clown.

I'm telling you, a bunch of those sacks (and probably a few holds) came at the end of his career after injuries took their toll. In his prime, you couldn't get past him. He was a beast. On running plays, forget it.

I came down with a nasty cold Thursday I've never pumped so much crap into my system to expedite the process

Should be ready to go for the big SB party tomorrow *smoking emoticon*

Hoping for a great game

That's actually a good example of what Alexander did well.  Very good speed and vision shooting through holes.

I do see your point, though.
