Michael Wilbon acclaimed longtime colunmist at the Washington Post and Pardon the Interruption (PTI) co-host suffered a minor heart attack this morning. It was reported that at 3 a.m. he complained of chest pains to his wife who took him to the hospital. Doctors found minor blockage in his heart and performed an angioplasty, which successfully removed the blockage.
Though he is weary he is expected to be back at his home in Scottsdale, Arizona tomorrow.

Is that an outpatient procedure (angioplasty)? Good thing it was minor. Hope he gets well soon.
 
Good thing they caught it early before this came a bigger problem. Lets hope he can make it back stronger than before
 
Wilbon is that dude. Grew up in Chicago and moved to the DC area. Similar to myself. Hope he makes a full recovery. PTI isn't the same without either Tonyor Mike.

Wilbon has been speaking the truth here in D.C. for the longest. I hope he gets well soon.

i wonder how much a minor hear attack will make your chest hurt, when i was younger i heard that your chest hurts before u get a heart attack, and ever sincethen when my chest hurts the slightest bit, i be scared im bout to die.

No, I understand... because you definitely need to be a fan of Wilbon/PTI in order to feel bad that he had a heart attack. I mean, if yo'renot a fan of him or the show, I think it's perfectly reasonable to just not care one bit if he had died.
