Btw, to those still looking, there was a recent restock of the LV Dons in HK as well. Anthracite, Cream, Black suede, and Patchworks all available in lots of sizes.

As the others have stated, this shoe has eluded me since initial release. I really want them.

RFX, I do not think LV will ship from overseas to US, otherwise I would had an SA help me out by now..

Yup, worth a try though. My SA did get me the cognac Punchy in which they only had one pair left in the whole U.S. (supposedly) so I'll give her a call on Sunday. Sadly she is on day off on Thursday til Saturday.
It looks like there is hope for you and your black Dons. Good luck, if my SA could do something, I'll let you know but we both know it's a reach so we'll see.

if i may add, i know someone from the bay area buy something from LV. he told me that they dont have that specific sneaker he's looking for in the US so his SA called UK and had them ship the sneakers to the US. i'll provide pics as soon as i get it.

so what im basically saying is its definitely worth the try to ask your SA's if they could have the item shipped from a store outside the US to your local LV botique... hopefully theyll be able to pull through...

just my thoughts
 
Yeah I figured it is easier for the SA to order from another country if they do not have to search which store has it in stock.
That is why I was asking for the specific city or the specific store because if the SA already has the item located, it might be easier or possible to get it shipped.


As for those boots, to me it seems like it has Pharrell written all over it.
I wouldn't rule out Chris Brown though.
For some reason, I can't see Kanye wearing it, even though he wares crazy shoes/clothes, high-heels/clog soles just doesn't seem like it is him.
Maybe it's just me?
 
From LV, the sneaker on the bottom left looks like it could be nice.

The strap is different but not bad.

Hey fellas, I would like to know, how often do shoes at Neiman Marcus go on sale? Im from South Florida and I didnt even know our Fort Lauderdale store carries Prada and Gucci shoes. Would I be a fool to pay full price or should I wait till a sale goes into affect? They had A-Cups and a large variety of Gucci sneaks. Ranging from $350-650. So, should I pull the trigger or wait? Thanks!

I'm going HK next week. I'm looking for the patchwork don's. Is there still size? I'll be staying at Miramar Hotel, I think that's at TST area. Any nearby LV stores?

Also, how much is the retail for the patchworks?
 
Mom just came home from HK earlier this morning. Patchwork dons still available at the Harbour City branch.
That branch also has Patchwork Jaspers and Black Jaspers. Man, they got everything

It looks like they're new, since the sole on the OG's was dark green. Unless the lighting is bad.
If they are released again...it's a wrap.. I'll own A FEW again.. memories..

Yea those LVs on the last page have a lot of potential.
I feel like the strap on a shoe is hard to pull off but they got it right on a few of those.

Anyway, grabbed these today at Nordstrom..

Can any one of you experts be courteous enough to answer the question I posed on page 444? Im fairly new to this. Just wanted to know if should cop the shoes from neiman marcus at full price or wait till they go on sale?

haha well, because I was pretty young, and made the trip to A.C. to get 'em.. and went back to get EVERY pair after that. Not to mention, the ONLY shoe (sneaker) at that time (mid to late 80's) that was really hittin' the $100 mark, was the Adidas Forum, and it was crazy to think $210 was even able to be substantiated at the teenage years..
It was the dboy shoe in Philly at the time and you NEEDED those Gucci's.. ha.. 

Then to get 'em dyed and add a ripple sole?? pfft.... forget about it..

I still have 2 OG pairs. I'll see if I can dig up a pic on the photo storage, or I'll dig 'em out of the room..

Yea these are ill but I remember when S. Carters came out. I loved that shoe knowing nothing about the Gucci style. No one liked them but if these re release everyone that hated S. Carters will cop these cause of Gucci is on them.

As far as this style of Gucci sneaker:



how do you guys feel about the fit?

Im a US size 11. Now a 10.5G is supposed to be a US 11, but I've heard people saying size down a full size to a 10G, not just .5
