Has anyone that ordered from Balenciaga.com received a shipping confirmation? I ordered on Friday and still nothing.

They likely had a cut-off time and usually it is like 8am or 9am est so anything ordered after that time will ship the following business day and considering yesterday was a holiday, your order probably wouldn't ship until today the earliest so you may not get a shipping confirmation until tonight or tomorrow.

I hate to say it but right now your only bet may be paying the resell prices on ebay... I tried to hunt these down for awhile some time back and unless you have so serious connect it will be hard to find them

That's about right. Depending on your foot, I'd go 41 or 41.5 in the Black/Red. Anything bigger than that would likely be too big, and anything below a 41 would probably be too small.

On that note to me I am the same size in the cotes and arenas. Guess it really depends on the persons foot, try them out at the stores and see or just judge it to the best you can.

The shoes they sold online were pre-orders. I stopped by the local Balencia store and they told me that they are expecting their shipment to be sent from Paris in the next week or so.

Why would Balenciaga shoes be shipped from Pairs? They are made in Spain or Italy. They wouldn't ship from their to Paris, to the US. They would have to pay import duties twice.

They were taking pre-orders in store and said they already sold out of most of the all white Arenas that I stopped by to see.

Your SA has no idea what they are talking about then. I have purchased a bunch of pairs of Balenciagas over the last few years and they ship from the factory to the stores. Before it was Italy but most these days come from Spain. Nothing Balenciaga makes is made in Pairs anymore.

I see I see. Good to know. I was looking for the country of origin on the shoes, but couldn't find it (maybe due to lighting).
