To be quite honest I think the dude's fit is cool. It almost looks like SLP was going throw the WDYWT thread and looked at people that I wore Jordan 1s and made the outfit around that. However, I will say I lowkey feel you about the biker jeans thing. Biker jeans/pants were intended for people that ride moto bikes and these ones look like the I'm going 150 MPH on a Ducatti race track type and for that him (SLP) trying to incorporate all that together with the Varsity jacket, then a dress shirt, then the shoes it's a "Come on now son." Maybe because I'm more in tune with fashion my opinion is such but if I wasn't hip I would be like homie is fresh which he still is just trying too hard. At the end of the day though if you like it, and the chicks love it, it's a win, win.

There are no pleated cotes coming out this year as of now. I have seen the upcoming releases and they are not on the table. The year after, maybe. It's a monochromatic style they still make cotes, just not pleated cotes. Not every brand has a hit men's shoe forever, they are trying to come up with fresh ideas.

I think the outfit is fine, just throwing out possible reasons it might be getting so much hate. If the guy was a grungy looking white dude (Hedi's style) I would assume it was out of a look book.

I'm considering waterproofing mine with the can stuff you get from FL when I get mine (en route now should get them early this week).
I'm thinking of doing the midsole only though. Like maybe taping a plastic bag over the upper. The leather is so nice that I don't wanna spray the protectant on it. Plus, I don't think it will help the crinkled leather much any way in the same it helps suede and nubuck. But for the midsole it might help because that stuff really does a great job repelling dirt.
I don't waterproof any of my kicks really. Last pair I did was wheat 6 inch timbs. Don't want to risk ruining leather on high end, dress shoes and vintage pairs.
I know some people have recommended some kid of oil for high quality leather here in the past. That might help also. But post pics so we can see hat you're talking about. Hard to tell if normal wear and tear or you messed me up somehow.
As for cleaning just use a damp, hot cloth (maybe a little soap) and give the midsole a quick scrub/wipe. Same thing on upper but cloth should be barely wet and then wipe dry.

There's a size 45 arena high in grosielle (red with gum bottom) for sale on eBay brand new below retail. I think 539$ if anyone wants it I'm sure u could offer 450$ PayPal if anyone's interested!

Unless your the one selling it, most sellers only offer 10% discount though Paypal. That's what eBay charges them. So stinkers try to only knock off a few bucks but the unspoken standard is 10%. Your asking for 16% off, unless the seller is motivated (or your the seller telling us what price your going to except) I don't think he will go for it. Doesn't hurt to try, worst he can do is ignore you or tell you to kick rocks.

word. the only females I know that would like that fit would be some hype groupie type females that knew what brand he had on, but if that's the type of girls yall like do yall thing lol

For the most part girls/most people have no clue what brand any guy has on unless it's like obvious nike, Jordan, polo.
It's not about knowing the brand, it's the fact that that's a clean fit, and a clean fit plus confidence = any girl liking the fit. He's wearing all black basically, there's not much to even 'not like'

In a casual setting, those pants are a bit out there. I don't have an opinion on the rest. Looks like normal clothes to me. It's the zippers mainly I guess for me. I got a pair of leather jogger pants but I only wear them with a plain tee and simple shoes. I'm 31 though, so like the minimalistic look.

Which shoes are more well made--Lanvin cap-toe sneakers or CP Achilles? Which would you prefer. If I had an option of getting the white achilles low with the camo bottom or lanvin cap-toe sneakers--which one should I go for? I can only choose one, I'm not rich like ya'll

Construction and quality wise very few sneakers can rival Lanvin. I like both, but since you already have the mid white Achilles I would go with the Lanvin.

Lol no I'm not selling it. I just noticed them but I wear 44. I've purchased many things online offering significantly less than the asking price. As long as u throw enough fishing lines out there, someone will bite.

dude a few pages back was wearing all designer and it was cool as well.. slp plaid shirt and the red balenciagas... that SLP fit is fire besides the pants

Only reason I dont like those patrick mohrs is the toebox. I wish those things were just on the tongue and didnt extend to the toebox, ruins the shoe for me.
