I'm a true 45. I'm a 44 in CP Achilles and 44 in the CP Chelseas. My BV's are 43. I own two pairs from this season and both 43's fit me well.

My man, @Gpoop and a couple others have said they Only size down one from their true size. Personal preference and foot shape plays a large part, of course.

Hope that helps.

Also, those Represents look really nice in photos. I'd like to see some real on foot shots.

Wow so potentially 2 sizes down on the BV? I don't even know if a size 38 exists so I guess it's safe to go with a 39 in either brand and if all else fails just get an insole. I have a pretty normal foot shape so we'll see. And yes those Represents do look good :smokin

Thanks 4 the info 23

Has anyone here bought any visvims in Japan? Going to be heading out there for my internship later this fall, but I'm hesitant as to whether or not I should just cop them online or just cop a pair there (price wise).

They're much cheaper domestic AFAIK. I'd just buy 'em there.

Got it, thanks. I just wasn't sure cause I remember reading somewhere where someone claimed that it can be more expensive domestic depending on the model, but I doubt that's the case. Was just thinking about pulling the trigger online cause the fbt lhamo's may not be available once I get there. Decisions...

Visvim was definitely cheaper when I was in Japan last year, but all the good styles were sold out.

You might now have to be the visvim plug for the group.

SGU always good seeing your replys in the threads, loving my pleateds still :smokin thanks again.

How do SLP sneakers run? I'm a 10.5 in Nike 43 in Valentino 42 Lanvin and CPs.

My question might be better suited in the dressing better thread but I'm more active In this thread.

Is it an easy process for a shoe cobbler to dye brown leather boots to black leather boots? Seems like it should be no problem but I figured that some of you most likely have experience with this. The boots I'm buying aren't cheap so wanted to hear some input.

After a quick google search, it claims that it's fairly easy to do & they suggest DIY method as well. I'm leaning towards what's your saying though but I still think it can be done, I'm gonna call a local cobbler soon.

Hey guys,

It shouldn't be a big deal for a good cobbler. With that said, if you're confident it can make for a pretty fun DIY project. Brown-Black or Grey-Black shouldn't make too much of a difference as to how hard it is to do, honestly. The pair I dyed was a pair of Margiela side zips, I made a post with some general instructions about it here

If this shoe ain't a classy bastard :pimp: No difference concept wise from the crazy HBA joints. I look at these and see so inspirations from so many other kicks. Just executed much better.

Where from boss? I been looking for a pair under retail and can't really come up on anything DS.
Neiman Marcus, they had a $125 off offer a couple weeks back.  Jumped on it--I don't think SLP items are included with NM's offers now, but if you have a SA that works for NM, they can apply it to the shoe.  And I ended up shipping it to my friend's flat in jersey city to avoid the tax.

Damn, those look promising. And the grey is even nicer than the black.

Knowing this guy, I'm expecting RO pricing or greater though.

Speaking of Visvim, they just restocked the sought-after Shaman Folks in suede. IIRC this is the first time they've restocked since summer 2014.
