Excuse my ignorance, but is this Barneys sale an F&F or is it open to everybody? Also, do you think it will apply to a Barney's outlet?

Those are olive green. They look really good in person.

all the kanye x LV shoes make me want to throw up. I'm disappointed that they would release such garbage under their brand. Bernie Arnault would notapprove of them if he paid attention anymore, that's for sure. And it's making me question Marc Jacobs' role as creative director for allowingthis. Clearly they're pandering to a lower class demographic more likely to extend their resources to "cop" these because of the kanye tag. smhat blatant scheming to exploit people for profit.

^Nah that color came out last year with the red and the navy blue. It was the most limited of the three.
The lighting of those pics make them look darker but you can really see its olive in the first pic. This is the best pic I could find of them online and Will IAm rocking a pair...
Here are some new colors for Spring/Summer 09 and your Dark Graphite with the white sole is in there Diplomat. I'll have more info when i see my SA at YSL.

If i wear an 11.5 in sneakers what size should I get in the LV Damier chucks?? and is there anywhere that I can get them online??

^ Go a size down than what u wear, so that would be a 10.5 LV. And as far as getting them online the only place would be eluxury.com if they still have them.

PhatDominican, I almost picked up those olive joints at the Saks sale, but I swear those patent YSL's last me a good 10 wears and they're done for.Instead I picked up my 3rd pair of Lanvins. Out of all the designer sneakers, nothing can hold a handle to Lanvin. The quality and colorways are unmatched!

KW X LV fans. Pay attention.
I got a chance to see all of the models in person today. Now i still believe the price is ridiculous on these shoes, but I'm very impressed with thequality of these shoes. Quite surprised actually.
I got a chance to try out the "Dons" & they feel very comfortable. The leather on these is comparable to the All Pink TS AF1 PE. In other words,BUTTER.
I may consider a pair now.
FYI the Red "Don's & Grey/Pink "Jaspers" are dropping first and the rest will follow. Check your LV stores in Late May as the shipmentfor those will arrive then.
That is all. Carry on.

I'm considering the $960 Don's.
I'm not positive on the exact schedule but all i know is those 2 are dropping first as that's what my man told me.
The Red's are heavy with pre-orders too!
Nonetheless, I'm still thinking though....

I could say the exact same thing about all the accessories and shoes Gucci craps out that appeals to the masses. All those logo belts, hats,wallets, shoes...cheap garbage that is free advertising for Gucci. Gucci is pandering to that same demographic that wants to let the world know how much moneythey spent on a belt.

One advantage Gucci has is it does go on sale and retail is already a fraction of LV.
On another hand, I visited the Barneys here in BH and tried on the Lanvins and damn that thing is sweet!
Looked great on my feet and seriously, 100x better than the LV x KW for fraction of the price with the 40% off.
Sadly, they only had one size left and it is a bit too big. So I have to contact the other Barneys to get my size and maybe get other designs as well.

i must say though that the only lanvins from the ss09 series that i like are the black/blue strapped hightops, but even those lack the dope materials thati've come to expect from lanvin. at 40% off though, they are certainly tempting!

being that i own 5 total gucci pieces (none of which are monogrammed) I completely agree. Monogram is meant for luggage and purses. It stops there in 90% ofcases. There are some exceptions personally though(I like the brown and black leather slip ons for fall/winter. Hate the fabric ones though). Those lanvins inthe pics there are looking very nice. I refuse to wear high tops so the best lanvins are often worthless to me bu once in a while there is a great low top. Andthey are generally good with loafers/laceups.

i wear size 10-10.5 in most nikes. in lanvin, i wear a Lanvin 8, which is a US9. So if they are going by Lanvin sizing, go down two full sizes. Hope thathelps.
