Bluefly slip-ons arrived, very fast shipping. It is size 7.5G so it's a keeper.

Lots of Gucci shoes on sale at NM.
I didn't see the blue slip-ons but the tattoo printed white slip-ons are on sale for around $290.
They also have the Vans like shoes where the front is in brown suede with the Gucci monogram.
They also have some clothes on sale, like the Military shirt with the epaulette in brown, on sale for $487 down from $680.
This one is a bit different though, on the chest pocket, it has a multi color addition that I guess is design to emulate medals?

Ughhh, was at the cdn equivalent of saks/nm here today, they had a pair of Grey Lanvins I loved (colour/look), too bad they were a 7, and a bit too big, atleast i know I need a 6.5 in Lanvins, ugh...

The best description I could say is imagine the Vans Authentic/Era with a Gucci monogram on the front/toe parts in light brown suede.
They also have a black all patent and a blue and tan running/walking like shoe.

so i was pleasantly surprised earlier. I called the nordstrom at valley fair and asked for someone who had helped me before. Asked if they had the blue slipons for sale cause I had seen them there before. Told him NM had them on sale and he said he'd know by the time I got there if they were on sale (had amiscommunication and he thought I was talking about a different shoe for a bit). They didn't have them on sale, but he put them on hold anyway so I couldgo check out the designer presale. Got there and I was like well, I want to get them from you cause you've been helpful, but NM has them for 275, Ican't pass that up. He adjusted them for me to 274 and so I bought another pair of a cups I had wanted anyway. So if you have a nordstrom by you that youhave a good reputation with, give it a try. They also have a decent amount of stuff on presale for the designer clearance. But before, they had what they had.This year, they shipped out sizes to different stores so there are generally fewer styles at stores but with full size runs of each style they have. The salestarting June 19 seems just so-so, but the july one sounds promising.

Most of these department stores, like Saks, NM and Nordstrom will match prices but you will probably have to prove it unless you have a good reputation withthem or know someone that works there like a personal SA.
I visited Nordstroms in my area today and nothing was on sale yet, it wasn't too disappointing though since there really wasn't much I wanted to get.

Considering the designer sale is starting within a day or two, I wouldn't wait until June 19th. Their designer schedule is a month ahead ofeverything else. The only stuff going on sale for men's half yearly will be standard dress shoes and regular athletic shoes. Hell, designer clearancestarted a week ago on apparel.

only in select cities. Vegas is one of them. LA might as well. love the new gucci slip pick-up. IMO, BEST color-up out of the bunch. i'm not a monogram fanpersonally, but i would consider those.
