Dudes in my gym stay talking to me about roids. Told me I should take Anavar, or however it's spelled.

Personally, I don't see a problem with it, but I'm good off hard work, diet, and my natural testosterone.

Just cracked open a can of Chunk Light Tuna (in water), added a lil bit of salt and pepper... maaan I'm in heaven right now :wow:

slowly seeing a little more vascularity though.

making turkey burgers right now. threw in some chopped kale, buncha garlic, eggs and some other seasonings. that's been a staple at our dinner table.

Just the taste to me.. I remember accidentally getting chunk light and it was gross in comparison :lol: I'll just blame it on my Mom always buying solid white so that's what I was used to.

I believe solid white has a higher mercury content than chunk light, so that's important to consider if you eat it regularly.
 
I'm officially a fan.. I saw them recommended a bunch and was looking for a new protein bar. Tried a few different flavors.. loved the apple pie and bought a box. The cookies and cream was good but I wanted it to be better :lol: Really loved the cookie dough and will probably get a box of that next.

Still want to try out a few more flavors. They're great for eating quickly at work or if I don't have enough time to get a solid meal.. like today, I got called in to work and didn't have time so I just grabbed a bar while I got ready and it held me over til lunch.

Lots of guys in my gym take Anavar and Winstrol, From what iv been told they are the least damaging to your liver and hold the gains alot better but ey..

Anyways, moving on from the Roid talk..
 
Live Ive said before aint no reason for a regular 9-5 dude to take gear. I know its their body but I think its pointless if you aren't stepping on stage or platform.
 
What are you guys using for pre-workouts? Working grave shift now and my body is all messed up...need something to get me going til my body adjust to my new schedule.

Heck can't even figure out if I should workout at 7am when I get off or around 3-4pm when I wake up...:smh:
 
I always get approached with the roids questions because of my vascularity. It runs heavy in my fam. It's to a point where it's kind of creepy looking.

My fam is the same way especially my pops and dude doesn't even lift.

C4 is pretty good for most people. But just allow your body to adjust for a few weeks.
I would only recommend a pre-workout if you have one of the "I-dont-feel-like-working-out" days. In other words, don't use preworkout for every single workout.
