I really want to tell you to cheat it up a bit if your having trouble hitting your calories but instead I would throw a good bit of rice in there, maybe some oats too. Also with the PB before bed, throw it on some bread with jelly and a glass of milk, thats easy 200 more calories right there. Maybe even put some chocolate syrup in the milk and in some of your shakes. If your eating salads put real dressing on it, eat veggies cooked in olive oil.
Breakfast: 3 eggs, Kashi cereal, yogurt, piece of fruit, 2 breakfast sausages
Snack: Protein Shake
Lunch: Spinach salad, can of tuna, avocado, piece of fruit, tomato
Snack: Protein Bar, piece of fruit, 2 sausages (pause)
Post Workout: Protein shake, apple
Dinner: Chicken breast, side of veggies, sweet potatoe
Before bed: 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Still not hitting my caloric goal of 3200 calories. I'm clean bulking btw. I don't wanna say I'm eating too many fruits and veggies but a large portion of my diet comes from that. Going to need to find something for that extra boost.
Oh, and at least a gallon of water.
Feel free to pick apart my diet yall. Always open to suggestions. The My Fitness Pal app is superb. Whenever I get home from grocery shopping, I scan the barcodes as I put them away. Gets all the nutritional values and I can just choose the foods form the "directory" i created within the app.
Just a FYI, clean and dirty in terms of eating are kind of incorrect. The amount of fat you gain in a bulk only depends on the amount of a surplus you go on, not what foods the calories are coming from.
