STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

 
Breakfast: 3 eggs, Kashi cereal, yogurt, piece of fruit, 2 breakfast sausages

Snack: Protein Shake

Lunch: Spinach salad, can of tuna, avocado, piece of fruit, tomato

Snack: Protein Bar, piece of fruit, 2 sausages (pause)

Post Workout: Protein shake, apple

Dinner: Chicken breast, side of veggies, sweet potatoe

Before bed: 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter

Still not hitting my caloric goal of 3200 calories. I'm clean bulking btw. I don't wanna say I'm eating too many fruits and veggies but a large portion of my diet comes from that. Going to need to find something for that extra boost. 

Oh, and at least a gallon of water.

Feel free to pick apart my diet yall. Always open to suggestions. The My Fitness Pal app is superb. Whenever I get home from grocery shopping, I scan the barcodes as I put them away. Gets all the nutritional values and I can just choose the foods form the "directory" i created within the app. 
I really want to tell you to cheat it up a bit if your having trouble hitting your calories but instead I would throw a good bit of rice in there, maybe some oats too. Also with the PB before bed, throw it on some bread with jelly and a glass of milk, thats easy 200 more calories right there. Maybe even put some chocolate syrup in the milk and in some of your shakes. If your eating salads put real dressing on it, eat veggies cooked in olive oil. 

Just a FYI, clean and dirty in terms of eating are kind of incorrect. The amount of fat you gain in a bulk only depends on the amount of a surplus you go on, not what foods the calories are coming from.

Breakfast- Oatmeal w/ bananas, protein shake
Before gym snack-apple, greek yogurt
Post gym- protein shake, Quest bar
Late Lunch- 2 skinless chicken breast, greek yogurt, banana, egg whites
Dinner- Nice size salmon, apple

Gallon of water a day as well... Im going to start eating a little more though... I've cut far enough looking to put on more muscle now

ognter ognter how many calories is that a day?
 
thx for the responses, i guess i wont do it for 30 days ha, ill just add one drink into my morning diet each day i have no problem losing weight its nt hard its just boring

Left my Inzer at the gym Monday afternoon... Tuesday was a rest day. Didnt realize until I got my stuff together yesterday morning. Called the gym, no dice. Get out there yesterday afternoon and by the grace of the gym gods it was somehow still sitting in the same spot... and its worth mentioning this is at an LA fitness.

There are companies that you can purchase followers or likes from.

Likes for Facebook, and flowers for IG.

Some companies have actual human accounts, and some have phony made up ones.

It's a good look if you have a start up business on Facebook and you have 1k likes - the more likes or followers will attract people to do the same.

One of my buddies does IT and was explaining this to me the other day lol

Well, technically speaking, IIFYM is the gospel. Biologically as well as metabolically, it is a sound theory. Most people just never wanted to, or still don't want to admit it, because it hinders the supplement market. So if you're in the industry with funding and ****, you're gonna have to keep your mouth shut on it and preach clean eating and supplementation.

I ate a rack of Golden Oreos last night. Each oreo is 50 cals. 2 mo racks left.
