STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

no, im just saying they are aesthetic

they are big but not OD  so i dont see how a girl wouldnt like a dude with a body like theirs unless they were ugly as hell

Zyzz has admitted to being bi on a few occasions. Careful meth don't come thru lol.

I'm already on probation lol

At the rate that ppl get reported and all this other **** **** going on on NT, I had to make sure that my bros weren't gonna get the ban hammer lol.

Any runners here? Really trying to get into distance running. I usually stop after a mile or 2 mile warm up and do sprints or hills as my workout, but I need to change it up. Guess I need to just toss on the LOX We Are the Streets and go til the end of the disc.

i just recovered from a brutal dental surgery. couldn't eat or muster up the energy to do anything physical for close to a week. i feel like my gains have diminished and i was just getting into the post-finals swing of things, too. discouraging but it's time to turn it up.

I cultivated too much mass. Suit pant I got tailored last year won't fit. Can barely sit down without worrying about splitting it :frown:

Getting interested in setting up an oly platform at home so I can do my own strength training on my own in addition to all the met-cons at my gym. I'm looking at 1,748 and that's without buying any weights yet. I won't be able to pull the trigger on this until after the summer.

I'm about to cop a good bike and get on my DC steez. I love tossing weight around, but I feel like cardio pushes me in a way that the weights don't. Like I have to tell myself to stop being a ***** and finish up that last mile. I like the idea of staying functionally fit.

22 weeks is pretty quick but dude had a decent base to work off of. i think it might be possible without anabolics but he probably used at least epi and tren.

Absolutely. Cardio provides a much greater challenge for me than lifting.

I've slowly started working on cardio. Even though it's common knowledge, don't sleep on that warmup. Stretch and ramp up the speed. I have found that I can go for much longer that way

Man, I didn't think powerlifters do that much cardio
Oh they don't

I grew up playing soccer so I enjoy running somewhat and like to be in good cardiovascular shape. I personally look at this lifestyle as being an athlete, I want size, strength and speed.

Plus it helps with minimal fat gains when I decided to pig out lol

How odd. A powerlifter that likes cardio (you) and a crossfitter that hates it (me). It really should be the other way around.

Yeah it is, Im sure theres some powerlifters that do cardio but not many.

I don't consider that steep incline walk that BBers do cardio

I get so damn bored with that, I usually watch Kevin Harts show on my phone while I do it.

I don't like anything that's constant. If I have to do cardio - it's either a crossfit metcon or sprints. I've tried the treadmill or jogging outside thing.
