STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Depends also on how overweight you are to begin with. If you have more weight to lose, you'll lose lbs faster. If youre in decent shape and wanna just get rid of some fat, dont expect huge numbers that fast. I started at 208 June 16th. Weight myself around July 10th-12th, dropped to 203, weighed myself again a few days ago, im at 195. 13lbs in about a month and a half. I know I wont drop another 13lbs by the end of August, but I do hope ill be at 190 by the end of August. Roughly 2.5lbs a week.

Gonna try the refeeding technique, but ill only try to refeed to maybe 3,000 cals. Im averaging 2,000 a day (rough count, overestimating as well).

What kind of specialist should I look for to set an appointment for my knees?

As for the tingling, it doesn't happen often. I haven't felt it in almost 2 weeks now. Sometimes I feel it after I do squats, other times I feel it 5-6 days later. It's not pain, but I know it's not normal either.

the fact im gonna need to do a lot of cardio soon. im trying to lean bulk but sundays for football season im pigging out while eating good during the other 6 days

:smh:

@mgrand15 I want to say 2-3 weeks except weekends since I didn't lift those days and just did cardio. I meal prepped too.

Man just enjoy the trip as is. Not firing shots but leave that last minute tweaking for the ladies. If you're worrying about how you look, that's not what you should be doing out there. It's not like you're trying to find your soulmate ya dig. Let em hang alpha male :pimp:

First person to finish the 21-15-9 push press/box jumps complex. 4 minutes flat :pimp:

Last person to finish the mile run =(

I just can't run more than 400 meters lol

You're probably going to need to a doctor specializes in sports medicine since it hurts after athletic activity

You'll tell the doctor, the symptoms and when it happens, he'll either offer suggestions

Most likely the doctor will order X-Rays and a MRI, then you'll have an appointment to go over the results

Then he'll go over the results and make more suggestions, which could be rehab or some soft tissue therapy but I cant remember what its called

I hope your problem gets fixed buddy
