STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

I cannot lunge to save my life. Always end up off balance.

Not sure if this will help you but what's help me lately is remembering that no matter how far out I lunge I have to keep the width the same as my squat stance.

I used to always lunge with the lead foot directly in front of me but that lunge stance was too narrow, really I was supposed to lunge at more of a diagonal angle from my trailing foot, if that makes sense.

Since I've started doing it lunges feel a lot easier.

Wayment,

I do this workout all the time. Is it pointless?

^ It hurts my shoulder. I read an article that said its a common workout that people should stop doing. Dont know the truth in that as you can find articles that support both sides, but it doesnt work for me.

What kind of specialist should I look for to set an appointment for my knees?

As for the tingling, it doesn't happen often. I haven't felt it in almost 2 weeks now. Sometimes I feel it after I do squats, other times I feel it 5-6 days later. It's not pain, but I know it's not normal either.

You're probably going to need to a doctor specializes in sports medicine since it hurts after athletic activity

You'll tell the doctor, the symptoms and when it happens, he'll either offer suggestions

Most likely the doctor will order X-Rays and a MRI, then you'll have an appointment to go over the results

Then he'll go over the results and make more suggestions, which could be rehab or some soft tissue therapy but I cant remember what its called

I hope your problem gets fixed buddy

Thanks. Going to set an appointment now.

Romaleos on sale bros, might pick up another pair just because you can't beat that price.

http://www.footlocker.com/product/m...cm=GLOBAL SEARCH: KEYWORD SEARCH#sku-76927600

And I found a 18% off coupon if you spend $150 which brings the red ones to about $140 after tax and if you use the in store pick up option. You'll have to buy something else to get them for that price, I just got a pair of socks.

Thinking I want to get these.  Will these really benefit me though?  Since I don't lift crazy amounts of weight (yet)

I have the adidas Powerlift 2.0 and its helped me out with my squat A LOT. My DL feels a bit better (maybe placebo effect), but the real difference I can for sure tell is squats.

If you have the extra cash and stumble upon lifting shoes for a decent price, id say go for it. It can only motivate you to go harder.

They will benefit anyone regardless of what weight your doing, but they won't fix bad form.

Yes, if you have a wide foot like me I guess you could size up but I went TTS and it just hurts breaking them in. But now they're
