Addicted or tolerized? Big difference :lol:

I only use black coffee. Doesn't give me the same boost it used to, but it's good enough.
 
The caffeine addiction is real.

I've started to get awful headaches when I don't have caffeine. I need to slowly phase it out.
 
i take about 250-350mg of caffeine in my preworkout and drink a few sodas during the day during the week. i don't get caffeine headaches on the weekend when i barely get any caffeine except from the occasional soda here or there and don't take any preworkout.
i get married in less than 3 weeks. too late to slim down now :lol: at least my pants fit. just a little tight in the quads though my legs are skinny :frown:
 
I am highly addicted to coffee. I probably drink 3-4 cups a day out of my 16 oz mug.

I love it though because it forces me to eat breakfast. Drinking coffee on an empty stomach will have me clenching my ankles on the toilet

I tak pwo for about 5-6 weeks. Then I stop for 3-4 weeks. Only recently this summer (because I was dieting. ) I had a humongous headache for like 3 days.
I dont drink coffee, and pwo isnt a necessity for me but it helps. Ypu shpuld cut it cold turkey bare with the headaches and hydrate for a smooth 3-4 weeks
 
Planet Fitness sucks b.

Go to gyms that are near newer gyms being built. LA Fitness have been popping up everywhere and surrounding smaller gyms are getting hit hard. Theres a gym closeby a LAF and its charging $100 for a whole year which is dirt cheap.

We can twist words up all day, look up definitions and switch them up to help our arguments but the point still is....... just because you lift doesn't mean you're a bodybuilder. PERIOD.

Man, I drink about 32-64 ozs of coffee daily depending on if Im training or not. I stay away from preworkouts. I dont do too many supps, just a good quality protein, BCAA and intra workout.
 
Meanwhile in China.... 20 year old 85kg/187lb lifter with a 218kg/480lb clean and jerk  :smh:

 

There are Americans in the 94 kg category who can't clean and jerk 210 smh

And our juniors in the 105 category don't currently have anyone who can clean 218,i don't think, but I'd have to double check

What's crazy about the video is that it looked like he power cleaned it. And he power jerked it.
