Man I hate agreeing with you but you aint doin no kind of serious training in some Racers. They don't even seem like they would be good for running which is what they're made for

I run with Pegasus 30's.
Squat with adidas Powerlifts
I deadlift in whatever, Racers included.

I used to use Free Trainer 5.0's for the gym but besides desdlifting, I dont really need the support.

I dont get whats so funny or ironic.

They are fine for short distances, I have a friend who is a pacer for Nike. She uses them for short runs, anything else its Pegasus or something.
 
Weirdest thing happened this morning, tweaked my back Monday but I've done it before nothing major just rest on the loading and keep moving. But this AM I woke up in a little pain and looking like this when I felt like I was standing straight up:

My hips felt weak so I did some banded hip abduction exercises and some glute activation work and the pain got better and i turned into this:

Still gonna set something up with a chiro this week or early next week and not do any spine loading work. And by looking at those pics it's time for me to drop some lbs lol 212 isn't appealing.

Even in the bottom pic the spine looks like it's loaded unevenly.

I wonder if you've had scoliosis all this time and maybe you just didn't know.

Two of my cousins have that. They've dealt with it just fine with no real physical restrictions, from what they tell me.

Yea its still uneven but it looks/feels a lot better than it was.  Na I just think its a misalignment that started all the way down at my ankles, after I sprained my ankle pretty bad in college The rom never was the same so in a deep squat my weight is shifted which effected everything else from my knee's (left knee pain only) to my hips now my spine. We'll see, hopefully its easily fixable.  
 
I can relate a bit.

I was squatting today and my hip injury was in my head a bit so I favored my right, my right knee was hurting a bit but I feel fine now.


Feel better, hope it's fixable.

Oh so we have to be a marathoner to know if shoes are good to run in now?

How come when I come at you its always roid rage? Id be embarrassed if I looked how I looked and had my current numbers if I was on gear. 

Those shoes would suck for running and anyone would know that if they tried on a pair. 

Don't even get me started on the car thread, your dumbass thought your clutch was ****** up and it ended up you didn't event tighten your shifter down

I don't even mind crossfit anymore. 

The guys in here aren't that do it aren't the lames you see in YT videos.

I probably wouldn't like swerve IRL anyway. 
 
Random thought from the past couple of weeks: making more of an effort to really keep my chest up during my squat puts me in a position where I can really feel my glutes activating.
