I do it because I was sick of looking sick after I quit drinking and my metabolism skyrocketed and I didn't want to just eat a ton and be fat.

I don't really **** with pwo but my girl gave me some of that new bang pwo. Half scooped it and went crazy on pull-ups. Do recommend. Still doing heavy shrugs.

Theres elements of both. But ultimately it becomes that you do it for your self. I do it for health reasons.
And my health reasons isnt so i can live longer for others
 
Ultimately I do it for myself, having goals and reaching them, health reasons etc.

but that once in a while someone comments on my body and or strength I most definitely go "well that was nice".
I don't do it purely for reasons like that but it is a nice little incentive to not stop
I'm assuming all of us fall into that category.
 
Other people's comments though are more of a hey good job keep it up and is a boost of confidence but i cant consider that the reason for me keep going

This! There this one CF coach at my gym always challenging my reps. He only does this when I smoke his time. ******* annoying.

I eventually told him, I do Crossfit for me, not for you.


If anything, you should be watching my Oly Lifts, ****** :lol:

If I were you fam I would tell him. "Why don't you go do some crossfit pull-ups". But that really wouldn't benifit you much lol
