Anybody tried Cecullor whey before ? I'm not on big protein shake but at times I need that meal replacement .
I have the Cor-Performance Whey in Chocolate Raspberry Truffle.

The taste is horrible. I struggle through each shake. Thankfully I'm on the last bottle

Someone legit had all the Dumbbells near his preacher curl section and wasn't trying to let anyone use it. Just keep your headphones in and take them without even acknowledging his existence. Don't let someone like that stop you from getting your work in.

He's right though. You pay the same membership as him. There is no real reason to hoard them besides being a clown.
 
Craziest thing yesterday at the gym, this guy was in the middle of hammer rows in the free weight area and a guy literlly walked up and grabbed a 25 right off the rack so that he could add it to his calf raises


dude was in the middle of a set and I thought he was gonna take buddy's head off
 
Apparently new years resolution is around this time now. A noticeable amount of new ppl at my gym and f ing up the rotation. Especially with some of the stories yall saying.

Today I was doing tricep pulldowns. I complete my set and add more weight. I grab the rope getting ready and this guys asks if I was still using it. Like cmon bruh. I say yea man. And he says he has one left and if he can work in. Mind you there is an open spot with another tricep rope on the ground 5 feet from us. I shoulda told him "I DONT KNOW"

Lmaoo that sound like the other day I was doing lat pulldown, some guy was like hovering over me slightly like a good distance but waiting for me to finish. I turn back and said you know there's a available one not even a few steps away.

I truly don't even know what goes through some of these people minds. Maybe its like a thing to troll people at the gym or something.

What is y'all thoughts on Isopure?
That was the first protein I ever used. They have some decent products I don't mind the tea and most of their **** is zero carb. The powder is expensive and when I switched to on I never looked back.
 
People getting ready for the beach b. Semesters starting to end for college kids. Def gon get more crowded at the gym
 
Busted my head open and had to get 9 staples :smh:

Well looks like I gotta take another break from lifting and basketball.
