I'm def gonna start doing yoga and my gym has a "simply stretch" class. 45 mins of stretching sounds good to me :pimp: .. I just wanna be loose


I'm a fat *** but I used to be super flexible :lol:. Still am but not like before. Could put my palms on the ground with my legs straight and a bunch of other ****. We have a hamstring stretching machine at the gym where you lie down and your leg is on a platform and it raises up, I used to be able to get up to 105-107 degrees and now I'm only at 75, not even 90 anymore :smh:

I used the abductor/adductor machines with 70 lbs the other day. I can barely walk now :lol:

I put it off for like 3-4 years but I'm glad I started working out again. Feels good man :pimp:

Yeah I just do some after I lift I don't know chit about it so my girl shows me. I did 3 poses yesterday. :lol: :pimp:

I feel better already, def worth it. I might just go to full sessions after the gym on Sunday's or something. She has hella free passes.

Dymatize ISO is really good quality stuff but expensive. Can't speak for the flavor but I had chocolate years ago and it was good. It's also macro friendly.

All in all you're better off going on BB.com and watching for it on discount.

What kind of rice are you guys eating?

Basmati. Staple in my culture. We cook the rice then steam it. Makes the grains fluffy and long. Sometimes we add some butter (even potatoes) on the bottom so it turns out crispy. **** is bangin

Bruh, that's multiple cycles at high doses. If that's a goal physique, homie better want to make a living from bodybuilding shows/supplement deals.
 
Exactly. That's a lot of time in the gym and money spent on blah blah blah. It's just not realistic unless it's your job to look like that.

These are things you shouldn't say buddy. 
I didn't really mean it like that. The percentage of people really pushing the weight at regular gyms is usually slim. The guys strapping on belts for 250lb squats and straps for 315 are always given the side eye. There's a point where it becomes a necessity but nobodies core should be that fragile.

Near future? You must already be stacked money because that's well over a decade of heavy cycles and lifting.
 
It's been a long time since I really hung out and lifted with guys getting busy with the sauce but I have one friend from way back that I kept on my Facebook feed. He strips and escorts around the way and every time I see one of his posts I want to get after it again. It's an unbelievable amount of fun.

How old are you? You could be that man probably if you really wanted. The one thing about your own body is everything is up to you. Unlike everything else in your life output and input are entirely up to you. It's your machine so do anything you want with it.

What's your dl workout? i do a 5x5 now but I'm thinking might switch to 5x3 or 3x3 and up the weight.

Goal is 405 for a couple reps a month from now. Right now I'm 365 though a few sets.

What's your workouts schedule and when do you rest?

I workout Monday through Friday..
Rest on the weekend..

I couldn't workout yesterday.. So when I workout today.. I did yesterday's regimen.. and I actually felt energize and completed today's regimen as well with no pre workout.. (I've been cycling off pre workout this month)

It actually shocked the hell outta me and I'm actually thinking of doing a different program down the line with more rest days..

I'm 26 but like you said if I stick to it 100% then for sure I can make it happen but I got a crazy life schedule with a little one and working graveyard shift. Its possible for sure, but hard AF
