STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

I might switch to pesca-pescaterian

But damn, it's a lot of vegetarian/vegan slander in here

I'm looking to switch to vegan/vegetarian because I've never done it before. I tried vegetarian for a week a few years ago and after day 3 it wasnt that bad. didnt really miss meat. I can't bash vegans and saying that life aint for me if I've never tried it. And with all the processes meat goes through I try to stay away from red meat and pork as much as possible (though I had a pork taco sunday and I regret nothing lol). I am going to start running distance as opposed to sprinting and combined with lifting I'm excited to see how my body responds.

Had a Rare steak at a restaurant on saturdaym. Ill probably never go back to medium rare or higher ever again.
Life changing
lol this the internet. We are here to Not focus on ourselves
#TeamGout on a rise.

I just can't give up my weekly 4x4 with two fries and a medium Dr Pepper with light ice from In-N-Out

Only old ppl get gout. I might try medium rare the next time I hit up a steak joint. I didn't like it last time but maybe my tastes have changed..

I started taking some enzymes/probiotics a few weeks ago and my gut is feeling good. Might try a medium rare one of these day. I'm usually a medium to medium/well kind of guy.

But eggs are unspermed chicks?

If anyone goes to a restaurant and gets steak well done or even medium well. U may as well get the chicken

I do medium well but I don't see how wanting your meat actually cooked is a female trait?

I like my meat cooked, not bloody because that **** is disgusting and doesn't even taste good.

If that's female, I'm putting my dress on as we speak.

Your insecurity shining very brightly my friend.

Yea this makes zero sense at all.

Because you want your steak cooked correctly, you should get chicken?

Y'all are the only ones I've heard say any of this ****.

Correctly doesnt mean well done.....
Chefs at restaurants will even tell you well done steaks are pointless

Lol the fact youve never heard that shows you not eating it right

I don't ever get it well done, maybe you missed that part, shows you not reading right.

But go ahead and tell me about how it's pointless to get a medium well steak.
