Nah I meant I thought he had gold in the bag cause he had a 10-12 kilo lead over everyone besides the Armenian lifter who dislocated his elbow unfortunately. I'll see if I can find a link to the whole thing. All things gym usually puts up most of the lifts

The judges be favoring how they want.  Ol' boy didn't have control for long enough. That's just my opinion.

yeah I'm going to do it. I'll set my max at 405 and change lat pulls to chin ups depending on how crowded the gym is. Looks intense and I will have to figure out what weight to do still leg deads and good mornings at.

Its a good program, just tweak it to your liking and flourish my brother. 
 
I am a huge fan of 5x5, but everybody hits a wall eventually and needs to change up their program/rep scheme.
 
Well I just figured out why I had so much trouble bench pressing .

I have a piece of **** weight bench. :lol:

After "Straightening "it out I tried it again and I was perfect . Gonna get a better made one

Learned I can't go cheap on these kinda things .

A lot of guys don't pay attention to their rest between sets. That's a good way to get beat up or burnt out

Word. I had this problem at first when doing bench. I guess i was too anxious to get after it that i wasnt giving myself enough rest between sets.

OAN i weighed myself today, down to 215 from 220. Still not where i wanna be at but itll come.
 
5x5 pretty much got me to a 540/365/550 total. I also gained over 50 pounds while running it lol

I never used it for DL though.
