Dude's style seems a lot like mine. But with a hell of a lot more weight obviously. lol

My style is actually something I want to change. But the muscle memory is hard to overcome.

So im attempting to put deadlifts back in my life. Im not flexible so i learned this sort of sumo / conventional hybrid. Practicied lightweight yesterday and def felt it in my back legs arms so im assuming iwas doing it decently right. It felt comfortable. Ill see if i can find a vid or pic. But it was basically feet separated about a shoulder with. Squat down best i could with butt a bit lower but not *** to cound. And hands inside for a grip (inside between my legs)

Felt more comfortable than conventional. But not as comfy as just sumo

Honestly have never been a fan of deadlifts. Certainly not a fan of dropping weight on the ground. But it was good even just practicing form and doing less than 150 was a decent workout

Nice bro. Yea find your comfort spot. I spent a lot of time going light with the hex bar and then barbell just working on form before I went heavier. Love deadlift
 
my wife bought me a case of pop tarts off of amazon. i ate all 96 in 7 days on top of my regular food. haven't lifted a weight in months. i'm about 200# again. got winded folding clothes this morning. gonna get in the weight room tomorrow.

Down almost 11 lbs. in a couple weeks.

Been doing Insanity and Whole 30 (my girl wants to do it to get "wedding ready"). Going to finish Insanity (6 more weeks) and then hopefully start to try to bulk up.

Whole 30 has been a major change for me. Really tough but I'm sticking with it for her. Never realized how much I depended on caffeine.
 
i live on oahu. imma be on maui for a few days soon but kauai is really nice man. no nightlife but it's a beautiful island. stopped lifting because i took a week off cause it got busy and just didn't start back up lol. co-worker been using my inzer so it should be broken in by now. gonna be a few months before i can even fit it on the biggest size.

man sports gameday is strong. i gotta dig in my drawer and look for some preworkout. not sure what i even have in there.
 
What island would you recommend for someone who's never been to Hawaii? As a vacation spot.
