^I was popping norco for like 8 days straight. Joint knocks you back out too.

Try 3 months I hate norco so much  . I was finishing my last class or I woulda had surgery in October

Get an mri if it's bother you a lot. Could be worse than you think. I had back pain for 4 years, got an Mri and had 3 badly herniated discs with sciatic nerve pain.

All the best.

are there any other quality brands that carry 2.5 in ties?

Cant seem to find any besides Thomas Pink but I dont think you can really call them quality.

opioids are not indicated as first line treatment for back pain
Doctor saw my back and said I had severe spasm. Gave me ibuprofen and norco. She was gone in 5 mins

I get J. Crew on sale. They're all 2.5" I think. I'm not that picky on my neckwear though.

That's a generous doc dishing out norcos like that. I usually prescribe ibuprofen and a muscle relaxer like flexeril which usually works.

She said she usually doesn't but I was in pretty bad shape. My right side was stiff. I couldn't raise my right arm high enough to brush my teeth and it was painful to even put a shirt on. She's a new doctor since I had to switch over medical provider.

I don't even know what caused it. I hadn't worked out days before and can't pinpoint. It started as a minor discomfort in the afternoon. I tried going to the sauna and jacuzzi after work to loosen it up. Didn't work. Woke up in terrible pain halfway through the night and went to the doctor in the AM. She said it may take a month to be 100 percent again. Kills me that I can't lift weight now. Feeling like a pig :frown:

Definitely not when you have 3 herniated discs requiring surgery... glad you had some norcos on hand for that!
I also work at a cancer hospital where people take dilaudid every couple hours. Norcos would work just as good as placebos for them.

Maybe consider some physical therapy/massage to see if they can help work it out

I'll try massage.

I'm kind of skeptical about PT. I'm comparing apples to oranges here, but I used to be in charge of the occupational health program at my last employer. I sent many employees to industrial clinics and saw the PT program was really cookie cutter. Employees would do the typical 3 times a week and saw minimal improvement. I'm sure Kaiser would have better care, but that's the impression I get.

The doctor did say massages are OK, as long as it's not a deep tissue massage.

Rob: dang, man. If you were within a 2 hour drive, I would take you up on that. I miss having a doctor in the family. The fridge was stocked with goodies

It's not on the jcrew website, but I think it was called "Wallace and Barnes shearling bomber".
Yep. I saw it about 6 months ago. The fit is awesome, but it was at retail at the time. I would've copped it too at a little over $100.

Happy New Year to all the dudes. I hope you guys have a very healthy and productive year. It's awesome to see how far some of you have come along the years.

First outfit of the year:

@wj4, need a little help with ordering from an English vendor.

I'm considering getting some Loake shoes, and the most of the sites are based in the UK. Just want to know what your experiences are. Also want some info on Returns.

I've never ordered Loake shoes, and I'm unsure of the sizing. I'm usually somewhere between an 8.5 and 9 US. So that should fall somewhere between 8 and 8.5 UK according to the fit guides I've seen. I want to know what your experience has been with UK and US size conversions.

Thanks.
