Dressing Better Vol 2.0

Can anyone recommend affordable dress pants with a fit similar to Uniqlo?

I would get Uniqlo dress pants but this and last season are wool blend

I just wanted to share the good news.

I walked into Jcrew to cop a suit for my brother ftrztkp ftrztkp wedding this summer and ended up chopping it up with the manager.

She was so impressed with my knowledge of mens wear she actually scheduled me for an interview this week.

I'm not in this thread nearly as much as I used to be but thank you guys for the many lessons. :smokin

I'm definitely thinking I went too small. I have small feet and this leg opening still makes my shoes look a bit clownish. Also I'm getting some slight knee bulging when I sit down and stand back up like you do with tight denim. I feel like the pants should be looser to drape from the knee down. I got a calf bulge when I'm sitting down :smh: Is this something that can be fixed relatively easily if I bring them back to the tailor? Or am I SOL?

You fellas with the Meermin Chelsea's, questions:

What is the wait time like with getting these Chelseas?

Do you guys rock them casually?  Think they'll look good with some slim denim?

Price is about $250ish right?

8.5 in AE, so a 7.5 in these?

yeah info on sizing. I think ima cop that snuff pair. they are tough...and yeah u can rock chelsea boots with anything. ill even rock with sweats lol if they the skinny type

@jon4rd you just reminded me to check the mailbox. Did you size up?

Talking about the jcrew factory suit? Nah I went tts my first go around. Gonna exchange for a size up. But I've been lifting lately and gotten a little bigger and haven't been measured since. The suits do fit a little slim though

Adidas has been releasing some nice stuff. Will probably try out some boost or flux. Haven't owned any adidas sneakers in 13 years.

I bought a pair of boosts last year and I like them a lot. Those and Flyknits are my go to summer sneakers

^
I've only heard great things about pure boosts. Only thing I don't like is how the midsole looks like the styrofoam that they pack into boxes. They need to give us some different colored midsoles too other than white.

Any opinions/preferences on either of these shorts? 5" J Crew Stantons or the 5" Bonobos Washed Chinos.
