one of my all time faves!!!!!! the suede was killer! i remember when they started putting 33 on the other cw and i was like what? it made it seem like you had the older pair and they weren't as fresh....haha those were the days
 
This thread does something to me. It causes me to have a bit of disdain for Nike's current shoes. That's kind of unfair, but good god seeing these materials and colors kill me. I don't know if it's merely nostalgia, but these shoes are something else. It reminds me of why I fell in love with the brand so long ago.

I feel the same way sometimes but as in life change is inevitable and not always a good thing.

I guess I should consider myself fortunate for having been able to wear some of these shoes when they were released even if most of them were way too expensive for my parents to afford.  The same goes for music specifically hip hop.  I got to grow up in the 90s where all the hip hop I loved was played on the radio and most of it was quality stuff.  Those days are gone and everything from shoes to music today is mass produced for a quick buck.  What was hot last week is irrelevant today.   The love is gone.

Penny iv is one of my fave shoes...my pair lasted me a very long time, wish I still had them.

Nice.  I'm still debating on wearing my OG Black/White ones.  I want to but they are so damn beautiful I don't know if I can because of the white sole and midsole.  I don't want to stain them up.

Awesome ! I played with them maaaaaaaany years ago. Best basketball shoe ever !
 
These were my first pair of "cool" sneakers. I wanted them so badly so I finally got them in baby blue and white. I was 13/14 at the time.
 
Felt like this was the appropriate place for this: unreleased Air Pressure sample (they only released the one white/red colorway)

These are on eBay... the only pair I've seen without the ankle thing crumbling
