he looks pissed off!!!

Chevy passed away this morning around 7:45 am. He spent his last night in bed with us and he cuddled up next to my girl and I. She said he put his paw on the side of her belly and then our daughter started moving around almost like they were playing. I'm glad he's not suffering anymore but it was an experience having him pass in front of me. I'm going to miss him.
I'm so sorry to hear man...

Our pups have such an amazing impact on our lives, and that last anecdote you shared before he passed is just another example...it would have been amazing for your pup to be there for your daughter but he's always going to be living on through your memories and stories you'll share with your daughter when she grows up.

He's not suffering anymore, he's in a better place and you have to keep that in mind. It was some of the toughest times when my first pup passed and I still remember him til this day. But you'll always be grateful for the times spent, and you'll never forget how he made you feel. Keep your head up man.

Damn, I just shed a tear

My pup will be ready to be picked up in July :nthat:

I was really shooting for a Frenchie but just couldn't justify the price tag...found a Frenchie/Boston Terrier mix (Frenchton) near me that was born May 1st.

The breeder has been sending me pics weekly, can't wait to meet her.

dope! post some pics

So sorry man :frown:

@Lpheat22 sorry to read that man, you did what ya could and your pup knew he didn't have to fight anymore; that it was okay to let go because you knew it was best for him.

Pretty sure I posted my Dog in here before , well I'm moving and taking Mercy with me so my parents bought another English bulldog/boxer mix. Actually got from the same breeder as me.they have the same dad

I was worried about how Mercy would interact with a puppy but he does fine..... A little too fine sometimes. I swear he lets her crawl on his face and sneaks a sniff/lick in

@JJs07:
Love your Weimaraner, bud. My childhood best friend had one for over a decade. Require rigorous and extensive exercise because of their inherent hunting instincts, but very strong dogs with good endurance.

Met some of the baddest girls whilst walking/playing with my pup either at the dog park or on the street (before I was engaged).

Dog's can do no wrong

I walk and board dogs and lift weights.
My gf is always mad if I go to the dog park or beach without her.
I have fancy dogs...expensive dogs of pro athletes still in the playoffs.

Wish I knew all this 15 years ago. I would have saved a lot of money drinking

Anyone ever hire a dog walker?

Have a little dilemma where next month I start an academy and ill be gone for 12 hours a day, 5 days a week... Not sure if I want my dog holding in his piss for that whole time

Hired one once...just be weary of who you hire.

I had a horrible experience with mine and I never went back. If you could have someone just pup sit for you that you trust that's definitely the better way to go. I just don't trust strangers with my pup anymore

Yea well not only my dog but its trusting someone to also go in your home

I got a little over a month to figure it out, hopefully I can figure it out

Our dog goes to daycare sometimes if no ones going to be home. At most we leave him there for two weeks.
