And I can't afford aftermarket Doernbechers. Best I can do is cop multiple pairs and look for trades

I wonder how they will have elephant print soles? Part icy part gum? 2 different colors? :nerd:
they prolly just mean clear soles with elephant print on the rubber part

Exactly. I'm not paying the $800 some people are asking lol smh :smh: The 5 is my favorite # Jordan, so multiples of these will be copped. Even if that means right after release for the lower resell...

Yah they are tied for first with the IVs for me. But Nike is not dropping colorways that I like next year. Seriously Nike? the Stealths and the Laneys?

And IDK why they chose the Fire Reds that dropped with the CDP over the Red Soles (hopefully that comes out too, since it was the initial rumor). It's looking like an easy year for me, unfortunately. Grapes, and Retro + colorway(s) is all I want if they don't drop the red soles.

Like with all other DB releases, Retail or bust, because the average eBay price will be unbearable.
 
The best Doernbechers are the 6s, then 3s.

If the mockup of the 5s are close to how they look, then :smh:

thing is i swear i was just thinking about the DB the other day and was gonna make a thread.

i hope they are nice like the III and IVs

I respectfully disagree.
It is impossible to argue that the VIs ARENT the best, but the IVs are second best
 
Of the DB kicks I've only like the 2s so far. Will wait for actual pics before I pass judgement.

And that PS doesn't look too bad. Nice job jayzrdead.

I dont care if people hate my opinion. Had the IVs had the Jumpman insteady of the Superman symbol, everyone would claim that they love em.
EDIT: NVM you prolly talking about people flaming you.

Yah I wasnt feeling the 1s. I'd put them as fourth best after the IIIs

Thanks. And if these look bad, i have trade bait for next years DB VIs. I assume it will be VIs again because the DB have always been the shoe you can expect a lot of retros for the following year. Well at least since the DB VIs.
But there are other Jordans, non-DB I wouldn't mind trading the DBs for. Considering These go for 6-800 online I could try and get the Laser IVs for one pair. Or one pair of Laser IVs plus cash.

True, but I don't think they would Doernbecher the 6s again though.
 
Did anyone happen to take a screenshot or save the picture the closet collector put out?? He said he put up a preview for like a minute... not sure. He also said hell do it again so people go look!!
 
^ apparently they were cool looking. the description was blue with white cement elephant print and the blue shark tooth.
