@SoleSeeker23  Secondary market informal price guide that I maintain when perusing deals (keep in mind that wow releases a large number of samples for each model and it can be easy to get carried away chasing supposed unicorns. 5 bills is also my upper limit for sneaker purchases): GR: <200 LE/SE: <300 Samples: <400 Grails (GR1, '13 AS, etc) : <500

 @GaussWho  I agree I love the 1s and feel like the quality overall is unparalleled however there are some 2s that are beautifully made and constructed.  The 2 305s is a highlight of the model, and the pebbled leather used on some 2 uppers IMO feels more "premium" than the leather on the 1s.  On the 2s I also enjoy the subtle model name placement on the upper heel of the shoe as well as the "three" on the lower heel.   I've heard people complain about the midsole from the 2s along the lines that it does not seem to have the same "quality/durability" as the midsole on the 1s but keep in mind the midsoles of the 2s are made of a Lunarlon/Phylon type foam that makes the shoe significantly lighter on the performance side.   I'm also not a huge fan of the synthetic material used on the veterans day and camo sample 2s.  
 
For anyone interested, Diablo Encore Lows will be releasing in China in September. I'll post a date when there is one.
 
Been lurking for a while but didn't wanna post until I got a pair in hand. I ordered the Caution 2.0 last Monday but it didn't ship until yesterday(shop.WOW site). Couldn't wait any longer so here I am lol.

The 1s and 1.5 didn't do anything for me but the 2 were decent but waited for a colorway and price that was right for me and the Caution was that pair. The 2.5 are the best looking so far to me. Especially this Finals PE(?) Any chance they'll release? turnon turnon ??

Might be copping several if the quality and comfort is anything like you guys have described. Going to keep purchases from $170 or less if possible though.

Still haven't gotten shipment notice on my flamingo's yet....wondering what the hold up is.

And wore my Code Red's today and heard like 4 people claiming i was wearing fake Nike's Maryland does not know whats up with Li-Ning's (thought it was too funny to even correct).

Haha...funny you say MD because the first time I wore my code reds to the National Harbor...i heard the same mumblings until this one dude was like those are wades he is rocking you dildos...you all sitting here with the same foams and have no idea his shoe is better. I just smiled and kept walking.

@SoleSeeker23 I paid $330 for my Birthday WoW's DS from eBay (seller was in Mia) not terrible considering that retail was $200. I probably wouldn't go much over 350 for them. Although I might been in the minority, other guys will chime in. I did however go 5 bills for my Dynasty. I also saw that idiot "the cool shoe shine" with the $1,000 Birthdays...that crackpot always has OUTRAGEOUS prices. No idea if he actually moves anything.

OAN...ordered Announcement Encores the other day. The Otowns are PIMP but I just got 305's so didn't need another white WoW. The black suede looks :pimp:

flash3 flash3 Very good list. You should get them as you catch them at the right price. You should not pay more than $250 for VNDS TNS 1 or Veterans Day 1. You should not pay more than $500 for GR1. Price aside: 3 should be 1. 1 should be 2.

Also it's great that you use all your shoes to ball (I wish I still balled half as much as I used to). Don't worry bout them SPs. Doesn't apply to you.

Thanks that's really helpful, I already have the Gold Rush Encores 1.5 .something about the TSN feel so classy like a suit for your feet lol I also like the Veteran day but they would be the hardest to rock daily. & I think your right the Overtown 1.5 are the most practical and are great quality because they are the older generation. I heard the newer versions arnt as good a quality.... is that true?
 
flash3 flash3 I've owned every wow model in at least one color way. IMO the only quality issue I've ever encountered with a wow release are the encores with the painted "dazzle camo" midsole. For whatever reason (and in all liklihood the added cost of creating a raised, textured suede upper: a evolution of the Lebron design IMO with more "premium" materials) they decided to cheap on the paint on that particular part of the shoe, really the only serious misstep the line has encountered IMO up to this point. They also fit wider. Wow 1/1.5 are amazing quality, wow 2 matches if not exceeds. Wow 2.5 is great just skip the models with "dazzle camo" on the midsole if some paint fade long-term gonna bother you. :smile:
 
flash3 flash3 I would have to agree with miamibro miamibro as I have had a pair of 1's, 1.5's, 2's, with a pair of 2.5's on the way. No shoe is gonna be perfect mind you, but I do remember the Overtown 2.0 had traction issues and the rubber, according to some, seems to have been improved upon. So Li-Ning is listening, just as I'm sure the midsole paint can be improved upon as well.

You seem to ask a lot of questions regarding keeping your kicks as clean/new as possible, but also stating you ball in your kicks, which is awesome. But there is where the road has to split. You either accept that balling will crease, dirty up, etc your kicks or find some plastic Hyper-anything to ball in lol. Not coming down just saying...seems you might go nuts trying to serve both worlds.

Finally pulled the trigger on some WOW 2 caution. I have been keeping those on my radar for a while and finally did it. 1st pair of Li-ning so cant wait to see the quality that everybody is so crazy about. Also for the last post, the code still works.

I just was at a Rare Sneaker boutique in NYC and asked him why doesn't he sell any WOWs or anyone else because the only way to get them now is EBAY or over seas and he said it was because nobody in the US likes them and their designs are ugly......All I said was WOW (pun intended) and walked away.
 
I Just got a pair of Gold Rush Encores (first generation)……now Im looking to get the Jungle Camo version in a size 12. It seems their even harder to find that the Gold Rushes.
