Meh.  His players balled out, but it was more so the Coach O effect.
Orgeron just came to USC this year?

Welp.  Now it's official.

15 minutes ago usc sources denied it.  Apparently Sark wanted him out.

I'm guessing its because he's bringing Tosh Lupoi with him. You can't have two bagmen on your staff, that's just asking for more NCAA trouble. One is enough.

Also, keeping O on staff would be dangerous for them, I could already imagine the Coach O chants if we lose

You're better off with Sark than O at HC.

Without a doubt.

Coach O was gone regardless, everyone knew that after the game on Saturday.

They gave him a very generous offer to stay, but he knows it wouldn't have worked and the university did as well. It was a courtesy offer.

Sark wasn't going to take the job with Coach O in the fold, for obvious professional reasons.

Wish him the best, loved Coach O.

Sark will bring his team, hope he keeps Tee Martin, but wouldn't doubt him leaving. His star is on the rise and I'm sure someone will be happy to scoop him up.

Clancy P, his only hope to stay on board was for CLK to keep the job. He did ok in his one year.

As far as the "only one to take the challenge" angle, meh. There's room to bring in 25 next year, they need to recruit the current team and bring some of their juniors back.

Cupboard isn't empty, depth is needed.

yup.  sark needed a clean break.

appaently a lot of the usc juniors are considering leaving early...

in other news CLK headed to UF as oc to troll gunna?

Syracuse with 4 guys on the list, two honorable mention. Jerome Smith could have been at least second if McDonald had the offense feature him as the power back.

USC boards are jokes right now.
Let's do the "Who in the Pac 12 is a better coach" game we did with Kiffin

Mike Leach: NO
Mike Reillly: NO
Helfrich: NO
Shaw: Hell no
****s: Maybe
MacIntyre: Maybe
Whittingham : No
Rodriguez: NO
Graham: NO
Mora : HELL NO
