2013 College Football Thread (Realer than Real Deal Holyfield -->S/O Craftsy)

LSU ain't winning the SEC next year homie.

Serious question:

How is it that even with bad coaching (Dooley) and being down for years, Vols recruiting always seems to be top notch?  Is it just off the strength of the Fulmer success and legacies?  I feel like most other programs suffer through down years in recruiting when they struggle performance wise but UT is always handing out chains.

As a Vol alum I can tell you that UTK's athletic facilities are second to none, as is the overall recruiting program. The only reason a kid can say no to the Vols is because they have been terrible recently or if KnoxVegas is too far from their home. The football players are demigods lol

Stop it homer.
UTk's athletic facility is indeed top notch, but everything else he said is just

Yeah, I have no problems with the facilities aspect but c'mon. How about 1 reason a recruit could say no to the Vols is he has an offer from, say, Bama? Or just about anywhere else with top-notch facilities/recruiting and they're worshipped. Acting like recent (seems like it's going on 8 years or something) terrible play and distance are the ONLY factors is homerism at its finest.

Also kinda reminded me of seeing Ole Miss fans try to play it off as if Hugh Freeze's personality was the reason recruits were all of a sudden flocking there.

Cardo: You my dude but LSU potentially has numerous impact freshmen arriving. Not that Georgia doesn't. I expect Bama to suffer a loss or two in 2014, definitely the game at Baton Rouge. Their young speedy corners with size showed potential against Evans and A&M.

I took them with the points... just wanted to see if anyone on here thought that could actually cover let alone win the game outright

Case Mccoy sucks

Do they not have a better QB on the team? I feel like this dude is only on the team because his brother was good there and it was outta pity... he actually starts, tho.

24-19 swag
