Official Fall/Winter 2016/17 Boot Thread...Fall is creepin up

I wish Vibram would improve the durability on those white soles. That's what has prevented me from getting the RW moc toes. This will be my third fall / winter wearing my RW Beckmans that have a rubber lug sole and it doesn't need resoling yet.

Regular RW moc toe soles aren't Vibram. Moc toe lugs are Vibram.

really thinking about pulling the trigger on the black cherry. I want the cigar color though more. And i am a little weary of factory seconds. Some seam to get great pairs others get some they aren't satisfied with (according to the reviews on the site)

Black cherry is too dope. That burgundy color is beautiful in person

this is exactly what I did. Amazon actually had size 10 for 116 so I grabbed on there

Sizing for most Red Wing's is half size down from Brannock. I would highly suggest getting measured on a device, correctly. I wear an 11.5 in most sneakers and measure a 10.5 E/11D on the Brannock device.

Red wings are especially weird in sizing. Just know that once breaking a boot in the size changes a little too. Boot socks are a must.

All of this. I'm exactly the same. 11.5 in sneakers and 10-10.5 in any quality boot.

Yeah I am a full size down in RW and Wolverine. At first I wondered I went to small but as the break in I think I am good

I'd much rather a boot fit small then large. It will always stretch out. Nothing worst than a boot with the flex point all the way back near the tongue. Especially since boots are inherently bulky tobegin with

Just copped that same pair a month ago. .5 down if you want that closer (not exact) to sneaker for. TTS if you plan on wearing this boot socks or you like your boots to fit like, well boots haha.
