Was back in LA last few days. Better job of taking pics this time.

The usual.

Had to try this.....

Salad, The "****" and the "Gaucho" (Seared Wagyu Tri-tip, egg, onions, arugula, chimichurri, brioche bun).

"****" is a poached egg over pureed potatoes in a jar. You mix it all up. Broke the yolk as soon as the spoon hit it.
