I would like to write again but the time just isn't there for me anymore. If I could do 2 articles a week featured I would definitely jump into it again but BTB really wants 3-5 a week and while it doesn't sound like much that workload is tough with your paying job
I can understand this, I tried to pick up some consulting work on the side last year and it just throws off my normal flow
Yeah Raf was one of my favorite writers regarding the boys but he got a "real" job. Steve is talented, takes good photos, and can write as well (I had some back and fourth with him while I was at the Oakland preseason game) but that's where it ends for me the rest of the staff seemed to water down the site.
Edit: I know clicks are what pays for the site to stay going but I'm not interested in the filler or someone's opinion piece if they're not a 24/7 football writer they see the same or less than I do (most part time writers don't even watch all 22 it seems)
Second edit: I think it's really that I never made a connection with these writers, shoot one of them I'd from Europe. Can't see myself truly appreciating someone's work who I can't understand their point of view (all of this strictly about opinion pieces)Edited by hadowajp - 12/21/14 at 7:21am
