What up NT?!?

Been lurking these forums since the 2009 Space Jam release, made an account a few years ago, and just continued lurking... Until now..

I've taken my share of W's and my share of L's so I cant really complaint...

But damn fellas I can't even lie, today I made a mistake..

I work in the mornings out here in BK and I only caught the tweet during my lunch break around 12. The first thing that came to my mind was to take the rest of the day off, jump on that F and hit up Soho. I thought about it and realized I already got the 2013 Black/Red 1's, and the 2016 pair that just came out recently, Im confident that I'll cop the Black Toes on Nov. 5th, but I was really feeling these Satin's...

Anyways I figured by the time I would get from Coney Island to Soho, probably would be a zoo out there, or these Satin's would be sold out and I'd be left with either the Banneds, the Black Toes, or worst of all, nothing. I would feel like a dickhead for leaving work early and wasting my time.

All I was going for was 1 pair of Satin's for myself (couldn't care less for resell, I'm good with my job (insert smoking smiley)) 

Now that I see how much these Satin's are going for, makes me ******* sick...

What a mistake, and how much I really regret not heading out there..

For all the heads here, who aren't from NY, you guys can only say that its ****** up that these only released here, but trust me it feels much worse to be from here and not even try...

Congrats to all my local NY Heads who copped tho, these joints are dope...

did you get a Reservation thur the App Nike+

if so and It didn't work

call  Nike tell them they will escalate it to the nike+ app techs and they will send you a email w/ Code to enter

Had to do that for 1 of my other NDC accts

Congrats to everyone who scored Satins. They are pretty neat... I dig them. I love limited/numbered sneakers in my collection. My only knock on them is the toe box. Make the shoes look like a cheap knock off.

 We all were... Was in a meeting until 12, my boy texted me and told me about the pop-up shop around 11am. Didn't really care because I already doubled up on the 2016 Banned 1's and still happy with my 2013 pair, 2016 Black toes shouldn't be too much trouble getting my hands on. But until I got home an hour ago and looked at the selling prices on the satin's

Those satin 1s are gorgeous, the red on there, the overal finish/look is just quality, doesn't look gimmicky like most jays made of a completely different upper...
Just very nice looking bottom line...
Having said that the 1s are made to be worn/beat and IMO look better with wear/time, obviously without these being a traditional 1 how in the hell would these fair with wear? Would they crease and if so wtf would that look like? Lol.. can't imagine any kind of stain on a satin toe... bottom line is I would be terrified to wear them... these were made to be worn only if your doing coke with Ric Flair otherwise purely a show piece IMO
