Not all are laced up properly and clean anymore like the 2013 pairs were.

Guys, question about OG SBB1. I'm seeing DS pairs for sale laced up and and I'm seeing some unlaced like all the recent 1s that have released (Banned, BT, etc). What's correct? These sellers with the laced up pairs have a history of excellent feedback so just trying to make sure before I pull the trigger. Thanks
