I like the melos and would like to add them to my 1 collection. However, there are other shoes that are dropping right now that I would rather cop. Financially speaking, I have to pick and choose. Hopefully, I will be able to cop a pair down the road.

yeah i feel you. with christmas and the xis around the corner, my bank account is taking hits left and right. im actually really feeling the melos, but i cant seem to find any info as to who will have them in my area. i talked to a nike rep and all they told me is that theyre releasing in 2015.

thats why if i were to do something spending $140 to flip into $400 a year down the line is nothing for me but then again i dont see it happening nor do i care to do it TBH

I feel you on that. I only have a few pairs of DS kicks, because I wear everything I buy. Some times I'm interested in what the going rate is, but it's hard selling a pair on ice when you wear the one in your rotation heavily. I sold a pair of the B/Ws for $200 a week after release. I was going to hold on to another for spares, but I'm good with a pair of Vegas RTTG and an OG B/W. I returned my third pair to Footlocker so that someone could pick them up for retail for the holidays.

These Melos are much nicer than I expected, but I think the New Loves are a better 1 with the same materials used. I'll keep them on my radar in case they hit an outlet somewhere though.

I wish these said Melo INSIDE the shoe/tounge and Nike Air on the outside of the tounge.. I bet these would be wayyy more hyped if this were the case.

plain kicks just wont buzz as much a mutli/color - 3m type stuff. it's a clean sneaker and looks great in person. manage to cop for 105 so no complaints here

I was just about to ask about the melos. found what I was looking for. But as stated earlier. My pockets are getting hit too. So im going to get these 11s since I have them reserved and crossing fingers next week I can still get my size. sighhhhh. I love the fact they did this.
