I just compared the leather on the black gum bottoms, Cyber Mondays and the black Ying Yangs. Wow! The differences in JB leather quality is all over the board.

How do you rank the quality on each?

I'm pretty sure I know but let's hear it.

Cyber Mondays......Good but great

Black Ying Yangs........Nice.

Something else I just noticed. The collar on the CM's is softer than the YY's. But YY's is an overall better quality leather.

I should compare the Blue Metallics and the white YY's.

I love my YYs but it seems the leather is "thinner" on the side panels than the cybers.

Not sure how it can be better unless it's a thicker leather which I doubt

Cybers are better. Got to break those cybers in with a couple of wears.

I was comparing 2014, 2015, and 2016 leather. Contrary to belief the leather on "you know what's" coming out on Sept 3 will be close to 2013 leather. That's not saying much. I'm not talking about the red tumbled part.

I will have to check the YY in person. I kind of find it hard to believe too.

Actually checked out the YYs today and was surprised by the better feel of the leather to the CMs. It's a softer toebox...not sure if this is due to maybe a thinner leather used, better processing or truly a better source.
