Guess da Donald forgot the supreme court ruled in 1989 that burning the flag is protected under the 1st amendment :rolleyes

Guess you forgot Hillary Clinton tried to do the same back in 2006.

it was not the same as what Donald is saying. Hillary stupid bill she cosigned was to put flag burning to incite violence on the same level as cross burning to incite violence. It was still and ridiculous thing to support.

**** Hillary for cosponsoring that bill. **** Trump for that tweet.

Satisfied

The ACA is a disaster and needs to be repealed specifically the employer mandate and the individual coverage mandates which are causing premiums to go up in addition to some insurers having a monopoly in some states.

Yeah, you don't understand how it works.

The problem with the ACA is the exact opposite of what you said, the mandate is not strong enough.

Some people have no idea how the economics of the damb thing works, they just parrot what they hear in the media.

It's wild and I have no idea who's fault it is.

Is it the media for focusing so much on the ongoing culture war at the expense of actually important information?

or just humans beings being naturally tribal, lazy, and unconcerned.

A quick google search of "individual mandate" and "employer mandate" will show you the definition of both terms.

An individual mandate exists when you want to operate a vehicle, and the fee for driving without car insurance is a fine, loss of driving privileges, and maybe jail.

An employee mandate in car insurance exists when you have a fleet of vehicles doing work that will create revenue for employers.

It just boggles my mind that people can't even take 5 minutes to research basic info.

More the second.

A ton of people use personal feelings and politics to argue against the economics of the law.

Imagine if half the country reasoned like Ninja regarding the ACA, that is what is going on. It is that bad.

But then again, Americans do love their voodoo economics

Again with the name calling, but I'm the bad guy and if I snitched Meth wouldn't do anything about it anyway.

There are mandatory provisions in your plan that your insurer must provide despite you not needing them such as mental health care and maternity care. Why do gay men and elderly women need maternity care which in turn causes their policy to go up in price? As a healthy male in his late 20s with no children and no family history of mental health issues, I should be able to get a bespoke insurance policy to my liking, not receive something that features provisions that I will never use and still have to pay for.

because their ponzi scheme goes into a death spiral & collapses without it.

I still think it's funny ninjahood ninjahood said day trading coal stocks is the move  Like this really was the icing on the cake for his delusions and ignorance, for me at least. He is entitled to his political opinions but economically, financially, it is now verified he has 0 clue wtf he's talking about.

The same cat who had a Jesus piece on layaway for 10 years, and still can't even afford the chain for it, is talking about day trading coal stocks  You can't make this **** up. As if he has any large amount of capital to leverage to take advantage of those small price movements any way.

I was not aware of that, not that it's relevant.
It's wrong and disturbing no matter who does it. All you Trump supporters can ever do when discussing Trump's buffoonery is try to shift the topic to Hillary or da liberals.
All so you don't have to condemn or debate your precious idol's actions.
I've answered your question, now it's time to do your part and debate this tweet without shifting the topic. Let's see if you can manage that.

I don't think we have the same basic approach to what health insurance should be.

Are you arguing that people without genetic mutations leading to disease shouldn't have to contribute to insurance covering those conditions? I take it you would want to repeal coverage for preexisting conditions?

Should people without a brain not have to put money towards neurological care?

Yeah here's the thing
You got Ninja telling folks to invest in the energy market and he's pulling up news on companies that have a terrible profit to debt ratio and pointing out that on one day their stock went up by a certain percent without looking at the overall trend of the company

Bernie Madoff would be proud

Dude, you don't want people to call you uninformed but you repeatedly say thins that make you look uninformed

If there are things in you plan you don't need, then don't use them. There are things in everyone's insurance policy they don't use.

Healthy people paying into the pool is what helps keep premiums down. If people just paid al carte for the things they need, with no subsidies from people that don't use those services, everyone's insurance would be higher.

Including yours.

I don't think Ninja has ever been into investing in stocks or real estate. He's more into investing in sneakers and gold like Ben Baller. Ben Baller never liked stocks and real estate either. Well Ninja does invest in real estate but in the DR and not the US due to property taxes
I still think it's funny [@=https://niketalk.com/members/37343"Porsche money" on sneakers that he WORE and therefore significantly DIMINISHED any value they may have had as an investment. Sneakers are not a traditional vehicle for investment but I will not argue that money can be made from sneakers. I've done it myself. However, I can't remember the last time I saw anyones investments prevent their mother from using the bathroom. Ninja lives in a sad tangled world where rap music videos have given him the false impression that tangible goods (such as shoes, clothing, jewelry) equates to wealth. Hood rich at best and with the time he's wasted he will never be able to go back in time and make some real investments where he could see compounding gains. That sucks for him. He looks at himself and sees success. The majority see a grown man squandering his money away living his 2nd childhood through his mother's government assistance. Even funnier that he scrubs the bottom of his personal posessions and even takes them to shoe repair shops in a futile attempt to redeem some of their ever diminishing value. I'm sure ninja will have some car reference like, "you can buy an old muscle car, fix it up like how I clean my shoes, and get your investment back or more." Before he drops some dumb metaphor like that, let's remember that you aren't buying old kicks. You are buying consumer goods at retail, one of the most sucka things you could do. And you've done it PLENTY. Nike loves you for paying their markups. They INVESTED intangibly in idiots like you and are now making a killing off what you call "nostalgia"

Now gold, man, I don't even need to go into the whole gold aspect of why ninja's thinking is flawed. Let's just say this... This cat monitors the gold price like it's the S&P 500. Not to invest, but so he can finally get a cuban for as cheap as possible. He's hoping it dips super low now, when he has his jewelry, if the price of gold goes up he will act all the wiser like he wasn't praying for it to drop so he could cop a cuban by 2017. This ignores the fact I'm sure he has no idea how to actually invest in the gold market, not tangible gold. Let's not even bring up the fact that chain going to the grave with him so I'd say it's more of an heirloom than an investment. Shiii, let's just call it a sunk cost because this selfish MFer will surely request to be buried with it if someone doesn't bury him FOR it first.

Ninja played himself. He's a victim to consumerism who feels his little trinkets are holding onto value. It's a dangerous game you play when you determine the value of what you have based on your own delusions and not true market value. You ain't worth jack b.

We can have an argument about what should be the minimum standard for health insurance reasonable minds can differ.

but that wasn't you claimed,

you claimed that the individual mandate was driving up costs, and that's not actually true, it's the opposite. The weak individual mandate isn't strong enough to help keep costs down.

If you don't like Obamacare that's fine, but you gotta have a response better than just repealing it, because the coal minors in west virginia with black lung who health insurance becasue of ACA won't be happy, and the single mother with a child with a precisting condition won't be happy

these will be easy issues for the Dems to take back the midwest from republicans.

If I'd have to name the biggest positives of my country it would be our views on low cost education and universal healthcare. And I'm glad those are seen as basic human rights by everyone on the political spectrum.

Coverage for pre-existing conditions should not be denied to anyone, period. Certainly not in a first world country. I can understand not liking the idea of paying for something that benefits others instead of you but is a little empathy too much to ask for?
As most of you know I have a severe chronic illness. Thanks to all of my fellow citizens contributing to our healthcare, I am able to get 100% coverage for all my hospital related costs. If more of our population had such selfish views on healthcare, I would probably be drowning in debt by now.
If I can get back into the workforce, I will gladly contribute so people in situations like myself can get the proper healthcare they deserve and need.
