I am confident the Supreme Court will deliver the final blow to this nonsense.
But as a liberal, it reminds me of a lost opportunity. If Garland were on the court, we could have had 4 years of watching Trump and the republicans take Ls in court.
We could have seen gerrymandering, voting ID laws, and religious freedom nonsense take Ls every summer, instead the fate of social justice hangs on Justice's Roberts judgment, and RBG's health.
