How do you get Santa Homer? Does that need donuts? I hope not.

Yeah bro, you need to buy santas village to get Santa homer, it generates 20 coins every 24 hours and a bunch of homer tasks for coins, one of them is a simple 60 minute task of sneaking Ito houses for treats and it gives you 2 coins....santas village is I think 140 doughnuts :-\

So stupid, for some reason I have no problem connecting with my iPad but I can't connect to the server with my iPhone5.
 
so after getting the bowlarama, is there anything else that requires saving the coins for? or can i just spend it on houses now?

You'll get them, when it was all said and done i ended up with about 1400 treats, once you have nothing else to spend them on they pile up and you won't even notice.
 
Anyone know why some Springfield's give out small amounts of money per house (like 15-19 dollars) and others give out a decent amount (like 33-37 dollars)?

I was going through all my pages of friends today and noticed this. Has it already been discussed?
 
I decorated all my houses 14/14 (not the special ones like volcano)
Those houses being able to produce coins will pay off in the end. It will help generate coins alot more quickly than if you were to rely on just the simpsons/flanders home, tree, and christmas task characters. Also having more friends helps too.

Ah, gotcha. I only started playing towards the end of the Halloween stuff so I didn't think I'd be able to get enough coins.

Yah you'll get there soon enough. Just from the decorated houses in my town, the tasks I have the Simpsons family doing and grabbing coins from my friends list, I could probably easily get 250-300 coins a day. I already decorated all the houses I could and built the Mapple and currently building the Bowling Alley (started last night) and already have about 100+ coins again.

Got the Bowiling Alley this morning.

Homer is Bowling and Barney is at work.

Apu is almost done working his 168hr shift. 4 more hours to go...

I have a ton of cash now that all the missions require coins, im just stacking them up, although I should expand my land.

i had nelson visit the kwik e mart instead of doing his 16h task with willie, so i put the kwik e mart in storage to reset nelson. i forgot that i had apu doing his 168h shift! had less than a day left, now i have to start all over. :smh:
