Basically, Jiang talked about his character... how his and Donnie's character were good friends... spiritual warriors.  Donnie's believes in the Force, while Jiang's doesn't.  He goes on to talk about how "when this guy dead" (Donnie's character), he starts to believe in it... or something like that. So basically spoiling the fate of Chirrut Imwe.  Now, he was speaking in a bit of broken-English, so there might have been some misinterpretation, but at that point Gwen Christie was trying to stop him in a panicky fashion, so interpret that how you want.  I get that he isn't fluent in English, but language barrier or not, revealing plot points is a no-no everywhere.  Would have loved to have seen the faces of Edwards and Kennedy.

I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't show anything, SDCC is next week too so who knows what they have in store.

They did show it...but only to the Celebration crowd...

Hopefully we get the new trailer later tonight...

Yeah, at the very end of the panel, Kennedy said that they had something special for the crowd and asked everyone to not film it... while the livestream got the Celebration reel again.  

I wonder what we get later will be the same as what was shown...
